My membership id is FM/NAG/0006 and I am member since 2017.
Till date i have used only one or two trips. I brought this membership with First payment of Rs. 19, 980/- on Dtd. 26/09/2017 and rest of payment with regular installments of Rs. 5, 662/- PM for 48 Months i.e Total of Rs. 2, 93, 976/- Also company issued Account statement of full payment receipt on Dtd. 26/08/2021, I regret for my decision. I am member from 2013. Till the time I had sales person contact he was helping but once he left the job, I am really struggling for the service. Reservation executives are pathetic. What I am sensing they are told to book the cheaper hotel does not matter how is the hotel and what amenities are there. I will not suggest anyone to purchase the membership. Even I am planning to stop the AMC.
The money which we pay in AMC is good enough to stay for 7 night which magic holidays provides. Our membership fee is just worthless.

K m member since 8 years but the company do not provide any information on latest developments

Also company branch in ahmedabad is closed so no communication is possible

As soon as u get this complaint please forward me details of information of properties available in India

Mein magic holiday ka member hoon since 2013, meri id hai mh/del/0207
mene apni first 7 nights 2017 mein li thi tab mujhse 2014 ki amc pay karne ko kaha gaya tha aur mene pay kari thi amc apni 2017 mein li gayi facility ke against mein, ab mein jab dobara 2022 ke liye 7 nights book kar raha hoon to co. keh rahi hai ki apki 3 saal ki amc pending hai, aur pichli 2018 tak ki apki waived off ho gayi hai isliy is booking ke liye apko 2019 ki amc pay karni hogi jab mene booking ke liye request daali to co. keh rahi hai ki 3 saal ki 2019, 2020, aur 2021 ki amc pay kariye jo ki bahut galat hai mene unse phone par kaha ki aap apne kisi senior se meri baat kara dijiye to unhone kisi se meri baat nahi karai aur ye kehne lage ki ye amc to apko pay karni hi hogi nahi to apki booking nahi ho payegi, jispe mene kaha ki pehle bhi jab mene booking karai thi tab bhi apne keval 1 saal ki hi amc pay karne ko kaha tha, to is baar 3 ki kyun pay karu mein, mein jab bhi booking karunga tabhi ki amc pay karne ko kaha tha apke agent ne bhi, magar ab co. dhokebaji pe utar gayi hai, aur apni manmani kar rahi hai jo ki galat hai, agar co. is tarah ka fraud karegi to kaun is co. ka member banega, meri apse request hai ki is problem ko jald se jald sort out kiya jaye

After told to purchase Nivea masaj kit of ra.5000/I told him to send me, inthe evening he again asked Rs 3500/- since costly, again I sent Rs.3500/- on same paytm no..
He advised me ...one boy will come at Belapurwith kit & your I/card also advised to reach on 29.05.2022 sharply at 2 PM.
I reached right time, called on [protected], answered...some guest came to mam's home so you book any Flat or tomorrow dt, i agreed. He told tomorrow dt & time will be given in the evening, when his ph not came, I ring on [protected], he blocked my phone also on WhatsApp blocked me.

I am ex employee of panoramic group and resigned from my duties in Feb'14.My reporting manager asked to leave without serving the notice period but I am not in receipt of the final payment yet nor getting any response from any team members for last 7yrs now.
Request you to intervene and help me get my final settlement....

Company executives approached me and presented details of company with their property and membership benefits. I joined in 2019 with 25 years plan, and made the payment through banking transaction. Received Acknowledgement also.

I approached to their customer care and reservation, for taking benefit of my membership, but no one is replying. The website is closed/office contact details are not replied or switched off/disconnected

Please help us to resolve this and get us our money refunded

Please be aware that company is currently operating with only 6 employees and they are just collecting EMI's and Maintenance charges from the customers.
If any member asks about the booking then they collect maintenance charges and providing bookings through Make My Trip portal, which any common man can easily do by his /her own. (You Can check with they as they...

I’ve taken up the membership on 2013 now my mobile number is changed I’m not getting the OTP number for reservations plz add on my new number [protected]

I have paid all the EMIs. Total of Rs.3.11 Lacs. When I have asked for hotel booking, they are asking for MSF (maintenance payment) of Rs.1300/night. The hotel which they are offering is costing me about this money. The properties are not that great and they are just budget hotels only. They should not charge any more to us.

I am the member of Magic Holidays since 5years.My Magic I'd No.MH/COK/0220.
I had some good experience and service from Magic till till two years. But I had a worst experience which I faced from their Hyderabad property two years ago.
Then I complined through mail and phone but there was no response from them.
I am not paying the AMC for past two years.
They are not contacted me in this issue so far.
Now I am going to file a suit against them to refund my lumpsum payment of 132000/-with compensation.

We also victim of this fraud company(magic holidays) details are below:
1 - On 21st April 2013 we have have been approached by Magic Holidays Sales Team and called us to explain the offers they provide.

2 - We visited their office on 25th April where they offered membership. Since the membership was of 25 yrs we asked that we cannot afford 25 yr subscription due...

Due to vivid outbreak we won't ne able use our 5 year package. Either refund te money of extend the time period.

The thane marketing team fooled us by promising various offers. But after receiving the membership, it was found that several things promised wasnt included. So i sent mail for cancellation. But they are saying its non-refundable.
Pl give back my money. Its been 5 years now.

This company always missell the packages, 3rd grade sales team, 4th gradepackages, very average property. Useless customer care, , , , if you already bought package dont expect refund and avail your holidays.
If you are trying to buy, please don't buy any package from this magiholidays panoramic group. Its fraud company

This old guy mr prem nair runs magicholiday froom a basement of dadar. Fraud. Guy with fraud people in white collar.

They say they will give 2 night 3 days free holiday if you buy their plan. And later... Bhenchod. They dont have any vacant room.

This magic holidays... I researched and found... They are the same who ran pan india... Chut scheme... Pan... U #.

My membership id is mh/pun/3650 and member from since 2014.
Till date i have used one trip within pune. I have made membership payment in advance approx 2.5lac. I regret for my decision. Unfortunately after receiving all my payments, the reservation team is quite inactive. With one or other reason my reservation gets cancelled and thier properties are of so poor quality which i can easily get it for 2.5-3k in make my trip. They are charging huge amount for amc which is all together waste of money. 2018 feb, i had a several conversations on the poor service and the loss incurred so far, finally they agreed to waive off all my prior amc dues. Now when i tried for reservation, it still shows amc due. Since i have had enough vvvvv bad experience with mh, i request to cancel my membership and i need them to compensate for the bulk amount i paid. Please do the needful.

You guys have EXTREMELY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE and every single time i book through you i have to get embarrased at the time of check in.

Also and more importantly you guys put us up in ultra cheap properties which you yourself book thorough makemytrip.

The above 2 are in stark difference to what was committed by you guys when you offered membership.

You guys have clearly cheated us and this is clear case of misselling.

Pls cancel the membership and refund our hard earned money at the earliest.

Sir, i have deposited sum of rs 27750/- on dt 3.2.18 through debit card of s. B. I. I cancelled membership on 5.2.18. Just after 2 days. Through mail to company. I am continuously writing to company for refund, but no response. Mr vishal vanga assured me refund after deducting rs5000/-. I give my reply as ready. But no answer after that. I am fed up. I paid the amount for booking, very next day i want to cancelled it, but they said we don't refund the money.
After many followup's there is no reply from them. Shame on entire staff at their phonix market city kurla. I talk to their customer care they said mail us taht i want to close my account & refund of money, but one of the executive from kurla phonix market city mall meet me at bhandup station & assure me that dont's cancelled the account & he will help me to get back my money. After that no call no phone pickups nothing. Very sad for such compay. Chor company.
