Bus Details - MH 40AT0708
Route - Pune to Nanded
Date - 13 August 20222

Experienced a poor management and unprofessional service from Purple Prasanna Travels.
This is my first and probably last experience with Prasanna travels.
My boarding point was Birla Hospital, Chinchwad. We are 3 passengers.
We are asked to board into another bus for temporary pick up and were expected to shift into original but to Nanded from Sangamwadi.
There is complete mis management and no communication between both the buses.
We reached at Sangamwadi however Nanded bus left without picking up us.
Later against asked to board into another bus which supposed to take us upto Yerwada. Such a fishy management they are having as our Nanded bus didn't stopped at Yerwada. We are asked keep following Nanded bus for more time.
And the poor service is still on...

.
Finally somewhere near wagholi we got boarded into Nanded bus.
Will never recommend anyone to travel with Prasanna travels.

    Hi,
    Me and my sister were traveling from Nagpur to Pune by Prasanna travels which departs at 10:10PM, Duration of the travel was 15HRS however travel took 18hrs due to which my next connecting train got missed which i booked under tatkal which costed me around 4k. The delay was because firstly the tire got punctured and it took 1hr to fix it, we understand that can happen with any bus however after few miles then the Travels AC Failed and stopped working completely which caused suffocation and driver somehow fixed the issue but it took more than an hour or two which caused a huge delay in arrival and not only that Bus driver was very casual when i informed about my next journey and was not giving any positive response and was least bothered about everything. I called Prasanna purple on[protected] and spoke with Manoj who work as a manager, I told him about my problems unfortunately as an alternative they offer me 20% refund in my wallet and in the POLICIES it’s clearly mentioned that in case of breakdown prasanna will refund as per Pro-rate basis so staff was not accepting this l. My only concern is to get the refund back which i can utilize in next journey.

      Hi Parasnna Team,
      I am Abhishek, travelling from Nashik to Nagpur by your bus no. MH14CW4272 on 31st May 2022. AC was already having issue from Nashik itself. Around midnight 1.30 am AC stopped working many of passangers start complaining about the same with driver; he opened the door towards access to seating area stating that AC issues are there and I can't help you during your journey. If being as an organisation can't you keep your services up to date why can't you locked down yourself and let other people serve us.

        I have book Volvo ticket PNR no[protected] on date 10/5/22 . Pune to nagpur. Seat no 41 42, vehicle no Mh 14 Gu 9042 but this bus cancel and diverted plain AC bus which is ticket fair less & not received difference amount...

          I am traveling in prasanna travel from nagpur to pune. my mobile batery is come to dead. I neet to attend meeting tomorrow but charging socket not working in travel.. it is very bad experience.
          I never book ticket of prasanna travel again

            Mg 14cw4137 vehicle number. Charging socket are not working and driver also telling that inverter is not working so in entire journey charging socket will not be on. Such bus services by the purple travels

              Driver was drunk, an unprofessional and rude...Driver was driving rushly... The bus was also worst... A/C was not working...TV was also not working..The expectations while booking the bus was very high but in reality experienced it worst... The staff was talking rudely and misbehaving with female passangers. Please don't travel with this bus with females at night. Not secured for females.

                Respected sir/mam
                I frequently travel by purple only ... though my journey is short of about 2 hrs only.so I was so impressed with the luxurious bus and the amazing staff .. on 6th Dec I waited for about 1_1•30hr on Talegaon road for purple ..but I could get it ...so I boarded on a different company's bus ...and my destination was nagpur (burdi) ..so when I reached burdi I saw purple in front of me ..so there was a person name VISHAL KUKADE (cleaner ) I was in rush so I took his phone number ... I called him on 7th of Dec approximately between 9-10 pm ..I just wanted to ask at what time the bus will reach at Talegaon tomorrow at morning so that I can book a ticket from Amravati to Nagpur which cost rs 400/- but my pick up point will be Talegaon I simply just asked him for some help so that I can board on purple because of the past excellent service and the super named brand but the way he replied o my god was so shocking he said ( I am on halting.. I m not married ...raat ko neend nhi aati akele ..can you please arrange a female friend of yours for me ) . Very very pathetic ...I just want to ask purple company ...is this a way to talk to your customers then he messaged me on whatsapp too.. this experience is so horrible I will suggest from now onwards to everyone do not travel by purple especially don't allow ladies to travel by purple..
                I want a strict action against this person
                People are traveling by your bus because it is a brand and the family feels safe for the ladies to travel by your bus ..I have travelled by local buses many times but this was the first time I experienced some thing so bad happened to me ..I expect from you to please dismiss the person immediately from the service.. and I need a reply of my complaint.

                  About seat no 22 on rceipt but bus conductor said seat no 27 lower.i had paid Rs 1100.This fraud taken by mi why two no are same in booking refund my many.

                    My mother is going from Ahmednagar to Nagpur dated 2 sept 2021 by your Prasanna purple grand which comes from pune & reach Ahmednagar at 9.30 p.m...my mother seat number is 15 ...I have a small kid & I went to drop my mother..driver told that he will stop at Raj chamber in Kotla but the office person, probably husband is Vinod told my husband that if the driver stop at that stop ..he will hit his face.. is that the way to communicate with customers...he told the driver not to stop at Raj chambers & my husband took my mother to quick at DSP chowk...but driver told that he will stop at Raj chambers but he did not stop & went off from front o[censored]s ...because Vinod told him not to stop...I want that strict action should be taken as I was standing alone with my kid...& I hv lots of trouble...before journey I ask in office & to that driver also that clearly tell us that will the bus stop at Raj chambers but they did not respond...they should hv clearly told us.. .. please solve this issue ASAP .. this is very disrespectful behaviour..I k travelling with Prasanna...from 11 yrs...& Now by this incident, do u think...I will travel in future...solve asap

                      11:25 is our bus time, We are 15 min before at the boarding point, and called driver to inform that we had luggage and want to stop at right place, but he didn't attended our call and didn't stopped bus at correct place, he stopped a 250 meters away, it's very difficult and cannot take that luggage to the place where bus stopped, we hired an auto for that, driver speaking rude asking for 500, it's nor correct he said to keep luggage on road if we didn't accepted to pay 500 extra

                        Order no. 322686 journey date. 20/04/21 seat no 16 from pune to nagpur. Mb no [protected]
                        As per above details amount 1649/ -Dedited but seat not booked. I called customer service he told me that your amount is received at our end that amount will return in 7-8 days. & He say to booked another seat. Then he send me link for book a ticket So i booked another seat May be seat no 1 Or seat no 2 in same travels.
                        I called customer service so many times but not answering. So kindly refund amount as soon as possible.

                          Refund amount

                          I had booked prasanna purple grand bus from shirdi to nagpur which was scheduled to depart on 10/03/21 .
                          I got. A call on 9/3/21 that the bus has been cancelled due to covid 19 and i'll get my refund amount within 24 hrs.
                          Today is 11/03/21 and till now i haven't got my refund
                          Please consider this matter ASAP....

                            When i was gon in Purple courier service near by ruby holl for parcel some important documents to nagpur ...he said that 250rs charge on that..and there is an scanner i scanned and paid 250 rs then he told the scanner was not working.. number linked to scanner of here was a man past working...when i called him...he not picking my phone ...then i paid again 250 on his personal number...500 rs total cost given to him... He gave me receipt on that the parcel cost is 100rs only... Poor staff

                              Driver does not listen you, if you request to stop your disired stop.

                              Dropped me 25 km away from actual stop in early morning at 5AM. On 21-Feb-21 Nashik to Goa route
                              .Evenn continuasly requesting to stop.

                              Worst service ever.

                                    I started my journey from wageshwar parking pune at 8:30, and bus broke down just after 30km of journey. we tried to reach prasana purple customer service, but they wont answer our calls. Nobody was there to help us, then we ask the driver of the bus they said that they wont send any other bus, they left us clue less for 4hrs. we dont have choice but to wait still bus get restart. Nobody from customers care attend our call. Is this what they cost 1400 from each person. 1st of all bus was not clean then bus was not well maintained. Is this what purple grand service at Rs. 1400.

                                    I want my money back, purple grand is not trust worthy service to travel. They don’t care about there customers.
                                    Our bus was just 30km away(near by shikharapur) from pune and they can provide another bus, but they refused to send bus, make all o[censored]s to wait 4hr on random road.
                                    There where. 5 females where traveling alone, whom will take there safety’s care.
                                    But no purple will not even attend your call for any-issue.

                                    I want all my amount back.

                                      Last time I traveled with prasanna purple bus from Pune to Nagpur, and it was good experience so Today 11 January 2021 I booked ticket for Nagpur to Pune but this time I am very much disappointed with bus and service which they mentioned
                                      I am mentioning few points which made my jourey hilarious!
                                      1.Bus service is not up to the marks
                                      2. Ac is not working properly
                                      3. Personal TV is just for show!It's not working!!
                                      4. Inconvenience sit!
                                      5. Lights is not working
                                      6. After all this they charge me 1600/- which is not acceptable! Not worth journey!!!😢

                                      Here i am submitting complaint and if my complaint is not resolved then I will definitely raise my complaint on digital media and consumer portal!
