To, respected sir
We booked pune shegaon with prasanna purple on15th nov. Night rs.1200/- per seat. While return ticket on 16th nov. Shegaon pune they charged rs. 2200/- per seat, whereas other travels charging 1100 to 1200 per seat for same journey on 16th. We gave complaint to their head office at devi heights. No response. Kindly help us & save our money.

    I booked a seat in one of Purple bus which was supposed to go to Pune from Dadar. Please note the bus number which is MH 01 CR 9955. I also have picture the bus number if required. The bus was supposed to leave around 7:30 pm as they told. They charged me 400 for a mini bus from Dadar to Pune. In the bus I noticed that they were taking money in the range if 250-350 and when I countered, they asked me not say anything and off-boarded me. Again one of the representative came and asked me to on board it and told that they will take 300 only. But two three of them started hooting and shouting to off-board me. They also told the driver to off-board me in highway. The bus which was supposed to leave at 7:30 pm left at 8:30 pm without taking me. At least being a human being, I think I deserve some better behaviour. But the kind of attitude and behaviour which showed is totally unacceptable. I finally took another bus to Pune after I delay of an hour. I want my money, my dignity back. Hope you can be of some help. I also expect an apology from that person for such behaviour.

    I sent the feedback but it's not visible over here. As mentioned, I do not have the PNR and just have the bus number. I did not book it online but took it from an agent who took the ticket.
    I dont have any PNR as my ticket was taken by your staffs on the bus. I did not book it only. For proof, I just have the bus number, the route and the timing. Your apology is not going to dilute my angst against that person in the bus.

        Yesterday 15/10/2019, i booked ticket on line on your site. Pune to nanded. Nigdi timing 730pm. Date of travel 16/10/2019. Seat no. 10. Name: rashpal singh, mobile [protected]

        Money got detected but confirmation of ticket not sent yet.
        Since morning i am trying to contact but not successful. Call centre phone is busy all the time.

        In the last night, i got advice from your call centre to be in touch with [protected] mdm sophia. He said your seat is locked. But phone is engaged all the time for last 1 hour.

          I took a mumbai to pune ride on 9th of june 2019 from borivali national park highway of rs.400.. Then aftr a hour bus stopped somwhere on the road and i awaited around 2 hrs bt dn too new purple bus did not reach... And also that driver told us that u can go self n ull surely get the refund back soon.. So i took another volvo from that point of rs. 300 and reached pune.
          I called so many executives but they refused to refund my money and some made excuses.

            We booked a Purple bus from Pune to Mumbai till vashi for 8.15, but in morning they updated us that bus got cancelled and u need to come immediately to bus stop for 7.15 bus, we rushed to bus stop and after reaching there she was given seat next to male passenger whereas we booked ladies seat, on requesting ladies seat purple wakad indra branch manager started fighting with us and said whatever u want to do u can do but he will not give seat. He started abusing and was even ready to have big fight. This is very unethical and unprofessional to talk like this to customers. Inspite of having some guilt for cancelling bus at last moment, you are showing wrong attitude and fighting with customers.

              I am trying to book prasnna purple tickets since yesterday evening. I tried booking on make my trip, travel yari, easy trip, red bus everything possible. Seats are displayed available here on application and when trying to make payment for the same it is displaying error. I even tried calling customer care number none of them are getting connected. Can you please what should be done.

                This is not my first ad experience with prasanna purple, my issue is with the customer service. There is absolutely no monitoring over small yet important issues traveller has usually. Second would be safety. I have often seen the drivers picking up random strangers from the road in middle of the night, how safe is that?
                Today i am traveling from pune to nagpur and initially they did not have any space in the luggage, we were asked to keep our suitcases on the seat. They do not stop for a bathroom/loo break on time. They neglect the requests from the passengers and do as they feel right. Writing this mail sitting in the bus show how frustrating this must be. I hope someone looks into this. I will make sure this issue escalated.

                  I am travelling from mumbai to pune on 20th august.
                  First of all, the 10.30 am bus left at 12.10 pm. Then, on the way, the staff was soliciting passengers and we finally touched the expressway at 3.30 pm. A few kms later, the bus took its scheduled stop for 30mins and the bus has started only after some o[censored]s protested. We may not reach pune before 6.30 pm. Complete waste of time! And there are 3-4 people in the drivers cabin chatting away and distracting the driver. They are also making the driver talk on the phone. Totally unacceptable! I don't ever want to travel with purple again.

                    I was travel from pune to goa with prasanna purple grand mh14cw3291 on 18.08.19. I and 1 other passenger bord from katraj by giving fare to driver. After dinner halt one of the driver came to me and said to change my seat (From seat no. 11 to seat no. 17). I was not ready to change my seat, but another person (May be your conductor) came and said that this is driver seat he want to sleep here and forcefully changed my seat. I had called your customer care no. Regarding this issue on the same time but he told that i am traveling illegal, so he can't help us.
                    Whole the journey i was restless due to the return blower over seat no. 17

                        Your bus is coming 25 minutes late from the schedule time at borivali and i was waiting in heavy rain due to delay which made me face problem and wet and also someone already sitting at the booked seat so not getting the booking seat and also the receiver phone was switch off so could not contact him so unable to know the exact status of the bus and also the leg carrier is broken so not comfortable to sit. I want my money back please initiate the same.

                          Hello, i am traveling from pune to nagpur in prasanna purple mobility solutions luxury bus called purple platinum. It is a bus which leaves at 7.30 pm from pune.
                          At 9 pm i went to driver and requested him to stop the vehicle for a toilet stop as i had to urinate. But the driver sent me back to my seat saying it is not part of my job. But he said i will call you if i find a appropriate place. So i went back to my seat.
                          But after that even at toll booth he didn't stop for washroom and kept driving. After almost 1 hr and 30min bus stopped for dinner at smile stone hotel near ahmednagar.
                          When i asked him, why didn't you stopped the bus, he shouted at me and said bad words, further he also said it is not your father's bus. This was extremely hurtful as i don't have my father now.
                          For those 1.5 hours i was in extreme pain but the driver didn't cared at all.
                          Bus no. Is mh 40 at 1095, traveling from pune to nagpur today 31/07/2019 at 07.30pm from sangamwadi pune.
                          Name of the bus driver is either arun thakre or mohekar, i asked purple helpline for this.
                          Furthermore when i called helpline no. Of prasanna purple, they said we cannot take any complaints and refused to note down any.

                          I am a 25 year old student who can bear this situation, but thinking about the older people it is kind of disturbing if they behave the same way they did with me.

                          I request you take strict action against this and should be made a norm regarding this. I have taken photograph of both bus no. And driver for this.

                            I am your previllage customer i frequently travell from pune to nagpur today i am surprised to see such a pathetic staff that is all about your bus conductor he was using arrogant and abuse words for me.
                            I ask him for head he arrogently assked for money. Yaha lake de paisa cabin me.

                                Today i traveled with prasanna purple bus no. Mh-12 fz 8151 from vanaz corner to goregaon..
                                Condition of bus is very bad, foot rest is broken, backpush chair button was unable to work, water lickage of rain in ac bus...
                                I asked ur man for changing seat, he totally ignors, behaviour was so rude.
                                I told them in pune only that i will get down in goregaon exactely infront of hub mall.. Tbey didn't stop the bus & started quarrals with me...
                                There were no good hotel for taking hault atleast15-20minutes...???

                                What the hell is going on???
                                This is not expected from well known travel company...
                                We paid 400... And its not small amount... Try to improve...

                                  As i feedback - purplebus.in pnr# 96185705.
                                  When i selected dropping point nigadi pune.. Why drive alway said, last dropping point is nashik fataa. Why company uploaded last point nagdi..
                                  This think happed 3rd time with me, before that i did complaint...
                                  I paid full amount but company not provide full service. On the basis why i m not go to consumer court. Pls tell me.
                                  What happened if this think with ladies... How she survives in new city... And how can we trust on prasanapurpal bus service.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I was travelling to Muktainagar from Pune by Prasanna purple bus MH14CW3111 on 7th June
                                    Bus meet with accident during travel around 12 night
                                    No first aid was given to passengers including me.
                                    My leg was swelling and paining through travel.
                                    Alternative bus was made available at 10 am on 8th June.
                                    Alternative bus was not sleeper class bus, it was seater.
                                    Bus was late by 10 Hrs but no one asked for food.
                                    Alternative bus driver was not ready to take bus to Muktainagar after Jalgaon and same thing happened at Bhusawal
                                    Pune office was not providing Alternative bus conductor contact No.
                                    As a alone lady traveller I thought Purple is having good name but it was not proved.
                                    I want reimbursement of my ticket as you have not provided service which needed to provided against ticket

                                    If I don't get answer within 15 days, I will go to consumer court

                                    Giving wallet money you want me to travel again with Purple who don't have sympathy toward passengers in trouble.

                                      I am Prakash, I booked my bus ticket from Chandrapur to Pune on 8th June 2019. Details are given in trail mail.

                                      My seat number U11, U12. We booked AC bus but AC is not working for our seats and in this high temperature situation we have to travel without AC even after paying for AC facility.

                                      I am not at all satisfied with the service and want refund at earliest. I also tried to call your customer care but no response received. Also spoke with driver Mr. Ganesh he also did not resolved the issue.

                                        Hi,

                                        The bus has stopped at Jalna for a washroom break. This is at a public toilet which stinks even from the other end of the road.
                                        None of the ladies have been able to use it.
                                        When requested to visit some other place for this, the driver keeps repeating one sentence- there is just one washroom from Jalna to Amaravati. As if people don't travel and know there are better washrooms available on most petrol pumps.
                                        This is unacceptable at any level! Neither the facility was even workable, on top of it the attitude of staff was extremely stern an unsupportive and disrespectful. The driver was holding a bottle in his hand and evidently looked drunk. I hope Prasanna Purple monitors such behaviour of its staff and urge to check the CCTV footage between 4.45 am-5.30 am for MH14 GU9033 dated 6th June 2019.
                                        As a lady I would never travel again or recommend Prasanna Purple if such attitude towards passenger sanitation and safety, specially for ladies persists.
