Dear t,

I was travel in your volvo dated 26 july 2016 i am pick bus from chandni chowk for mumbai.

The cash collector in the bus he ask mi for ticket charges rs 400, i gave him 400 after that i m asking him for ticket,

Then he said i will give u on next stop, i said ok.
When we reach at lonavala i m asking again for ticket then he gave me rushed used ticket there is no name no date no time no destination mention.

O its not good service from purple i think he was put my money in his pocket without showing my record on traveller sheet.

My company staf[censored]p to 60-70, they was travelling daily basis mumbai-pune-mumbai.

Please sort this matter asap otherwise we change our traveller.

I was traveling on Prasanna Purple Intercity bus (MP-30-T-9090) from Pune to indore which promised to rec h indore by 7:00 am by was still at pump fill fuel by 8:30 am . When asked for why they are so late the driver started miss behaving and shouting using foul language. This kind of goons and idiotic people are to give service then load save us.

    I'm travelling from nanded to pune on 10 of july 8:45 bus it was worst experience i had with purple, it was second time happened with me i booked ticket and at the end moment bus got cancelled second time any how they managed one bus but that was worst (nothing is good about that bus). these guys are not thinking about there customers, we had ticket upto nigdi that bus driver dropped us at sangamwadi from there he adjusted all passangers in another bus. due to all this drama i m not able to reach to my office on time, so from now onwards i m not going to prefer purple, previously i thought purple is having one of the best transport services. from now everything is crystal clear you guys charging more than ur competitor but not providing facilities as compared to your charges.

      Good morning mr. Prassana patwardhan,

      With reference to the captioned subject, request your intervention on below issue.

      I am passenger who is traveling today from pune to akola in prassana purple bus no mh-14-cw-2337.
      The bus was suppose to start at 9pm but it started at 9:45pm accepted the delay due to rains but after booking your ticket for rs 1350/- i felt i should have travelled by government bus would have been better because the driver was picking up passengers on route so many times because of which there was so much disturbance and i didn't slept whole night.
      Minimum he must have stopped around 10 times and he was filling passengers inside and in cabin crew.
      I am traveling 1st time in prassana purple and i had heard good service about your company but it was bad experience tv's were not working reason was given cell's are over.
      Driver was new, co-driver was new.

      It is actually sad to say i will not travel again by prassana travel nor i shall refer anyone and this experience i shall post on social sites too.

        Worst service given by purple travels.I had booked my ticket from mumbai (goregaon) to Pune station.I had confirmed boarding time before booking the ticket.After reaching to pune driver told me to "this is the last stop " I have again confirmed the same with other passenger but they also dont know.Bus left me 15km away from pune station.I will never recommend purple travels to anybody in future.

          I have booked online two tickets from aurangabad to nagpur in prasanna purple travels, tickets details given as followed.
          Date of journey - 30.06.2016
          Bus no. mh-14 cw 2850
          Set no. 13 & 14
          Paid amount. 2197rs.

          Now my journey has been started. i found that tv, sheets light's is not working. the bus has stopped for dinner, but the passenger who do not get down or who boarded the bus at aurangabad are still in bus, they are get puzzled during dinner time due to air condition has been switched off. what is the fault of passenger, they have paid full fare. this is really unfair and shows the seriousness of bus owner towards passengers. this is my first trip with this so called luxury bus but within first one hour i came to know about the commitment of owner travels. we were asked that tvs are working and you will enjoy the trip but truly speaking you need to improve your services or deploy some responsible staff who could understand customer satisfaction.

            The worst experience I had when I was traveling from Pune to nanded on 20/05.2016 with prasanna rishi travels.
            why purple is loosing there customer by running such type of travels and giving the wrong information to customer.
            The way they have responded after the failure of pretty damaged, not serviced travel was too bad.
            faced a lot of troubles, I'm traveling with purple since 6yrs but there recent Exp on route was very bad and rude.

              Prassanna purple rishi pune to nanded complain

              Whenever you book a ticket in a bus you are supposed to get the same seat. I booked a ticket in purple travels from sion to Pune on 10/04/2016 and while booking I was assured that I will get a front seat in the bus by the booking office. But when I got into the bus I was told to sit on the very last seat by the attendant. I told him that I was assured a front seat, to which he said he had nothing to do with the booking office's assurance and forced me to sit on the last seat. When I opposed I was told to get down from the bus. The bus left me on the road. Neither the attendant nor the booking office helped me. This is the third time this happened to me and this time purple travels has to pay for it.

                I was travelling with Prasanna Purpl (MTDC) from Nagpur to Pune dated 13/03/2016.

                I booked this bus because as pet the dropping points listed on site, this bus will drop me to Nigdi-Rudra Parking.

                But when the bus reached to Nasik Phata stop. The supervisor asking to get down from the bus as its Last Dropping point.

                I told them that I have booked this as this showing Drop Point to Nigdi. So please Drop me there.

                They continuously saying that you can call to the office no and ask but this is the last drop off point.

                If this is so then Why the HELL you have Updated Droping Point as NIGDI on site????

                If you really cares your customers...

                  I had booked by pick up for the Pune to Mumbai Purple travels from makemytrip.com as below:
                  Booking id:NU[protected] (Pune-Mumbai).
                  PNR:38807225.
                  My pick up point was mentioned as below:
                  Swargate-Purple Tr Mitramandal Chowk Shraddha Lodge. The boarding time was mentioned as 6:40 AM.
                  On reaching the pick up point at 6:23 AM, i stood right in front of the Purple office. I called on the bus operator numbers as mentioned in the ticket.However there was no response.
                  I received a call at 6:53 AM from [protected], and was told the bus left from the point since i was not present. On enquiring as to what time the bus was at the point i was told 6:30. I was however present at my pick up point much prior to the time specified. However the bus operator stil argued that the bus was at the spot and i was not available. Which is obviously a lie as i have been informed from inside sources that the bus driver usually takes of directly from Magarpatta and skips the pick up point when there are 1 or 2 passengers. I was then offered a bus at 7:30Am which was not fissable for me.

                  This is the second instance this has been happening. Please consider this as a written complain. In case i do not receive a response in the next 7 days i would be forced to take up the matter with the legal authorities for Mental Harrasment against Prasanna Purple Mobility Solutions Pvt Ltd. I have initaited the legal process from my end for which the complaint will be lodged after 7 days as per legal norms.

                    I booked couple of tickets on the Pune to Mahabaleshwar tour for 25-July, 2015. I had reached the pick up point on time on 25th and was told the trip was cancelled. I did not receive any information prior to cancellation of the trip. This is atrocious. I booked the tickets online and no clarity was provided on refund policy as well!! If this is the case then Prasanna Purple is in wrong line of business.

                      This was my first and the last experience with Prasanna pruple travels. Was travelling from Mumbai to Pune on 12th july 2015 sunday. I was assured by the bus driver and the ticket maker that I will be dropped at kothrud Depot. But the bus did a de-route and we 5 people were left mid way at 11.30 in the night. The driver and his mate were the most arrogant people I have met. They told us to call and make complaint against them. Prasanna Purple is terrible service. My Bus number was MH12 8171, It left from dadar at 7 and yes it was late. Driver waited for 1 hour to fill up all of his seats. I hope something is done of this rude behaviour.                         The bus earlier than it was meant to. As expected the conductor had sold my seat to someone else. I still managed to catch the bus 1km ahead of the stop. The conductor (ill-mannered and crude) did assure me that I would get my own seat back in 30 minutes which never happened. Boarding Point - Hinjewadi Bridge Destination - Kharghar Date and Time: 10th July, 2015 - 4:45 pm Seat number: 8 (please see the pic, where I was made to sit)

                            I reported to the boarding point on time but the pick van didnt came and no one informed me. Then I have to call no. of times. After which i was told that they forgot to send the pick up van on the boarding point. Then i was told to board a different bus which is 2hr delayed than my actual bus due to which I reached late to my destination and i(the passenger ) have to suffer.

                              i have been travelling in pune wardha prasana purple bus ... but suddenly at yavtamal they asked us to leave the bus nd on exchange a worst bus was provided.. whose seats were completly wet and the passangers in front of me were drunk... it was so much inconvinient of me too travel in such conditions as i had paid for a sleeper coach till my destiny wardha... being alone it is not at all safe to travel...

                                Prassanna Purple bus at 10pm from Shivaji Nagar(Pune) to Khamgaon was cancelled on spot and ladies passengers were given the refund and left at unsecured Khadki location at 11pm. Prasanna Purple would habe taken the resposibilty for dropping the girls at secured location.

                                  I had been travelling on Prasanna Purple's nath krupa bus MH16-T-9495 bus from pune to shegaon after paying a full fair of Rs 850. Bus experience was pathetic Bus conductor Sunil was drunk and disturbing people by shouting, switching on lights etc he was frequently opening my seats curtain so as to find a chance to touch me i was travelling alone, i treat this as molestation Sunil has onboarded more than 10 peoplple after pune has passed by. most of them were drunk too. I couldnot sleep for a minutes.complete discomfort on Prasanna purple nathkrupa bus Request owner to take care of such people who try molesting females

                                    To, Dated : 14.05.15 The Manager Prasanna Purple Pvt.Ltd Pune Subject: Misbehavior on part of the bus conductor and the bus driver on a date 4th May It was not expected following incident from the M/s Prassanna Travels. This is to inform you about the incident that occurred while I was travelling from Pune to Nagpur via your Prasanna Purple travels PNR No.28442218 Journey Date- 04.05.2015 Time: 6.00 p.m Serial No.PNQ 0030346 Seat Nos.-19 Lower Berth wherein seat No.20 was kept vacant due to unavailability of a lady customer. All of sudden and that too past midnight the conductor of the bus stopped the bus took in some passengers on board without proper tickets. That man so filthy, he pushed the curtains of my seat while I was still asleep. I heard some commotion; the lady opposite me was helping in my defense. I steered out of my sleep and found the man seating on the other seat No.20. I asked the conductor in service was this the way he treats his customers, he replied that it is a must to offer the new customers the seat. I was aghast since I was also hearing impaired had not the lady beside me not helped me in time. I shouted that I will give a complaint on this account he replied shamelessly laughing “haan karo complaint humara koi kuch nai bigaad sakta”. She gave her single seat to the new entrants and slept the night with me. It was the most shocking incidents I faced inspite of giving assurance that no male customer will occupy the seat beside me. Is this the service you provide to your customer? It is totally disgusting where all these days I had faith in your services. I personally feel those people have no place interacting with the public where they lacked the most basic sense of propriety and sensibility. Whatever action you decide to take, my colleague who stood by me in my defense and I are certainly willing to act as witnesses will report this incident if you won’t take any stringent action against the person in service on that fateful day and ensure the safety of women on board in future.                                       With great pain and disappointment I am writing this complaint . I am traveling from pune to Nagpur . I booked the ticket of ac Volvo which was supposed to come by 10 it get delayed by more than 1 hour, the vehicle is supposed to be ac and the ac is not there, I have heard lot about this travel but my this experience is very bad, I think I am cheated. The driver and cleaner is not responding properly, company should take strict action on this, I am in bus for immediate attention I am writing this, I am going to file complaint I will send legal notice soon.
