I Rubal Dewan W/o Mr Prashant Dewan R/o Flat No. 405, Block A-2, Savitry Height 2, VIP Road Zirakpur, would like to bring this to your kind notice the following
1. I Rubal Dewan W/o Mr Prashant Dewan had never approached to State Bank of Patiala, Branch sector 44-C, Chandigarh for opening any saving account.
2. Recently I came to know that branch manager Mr Negi had opened a saving account in his branch in convenience with some Mr Tarun.
3. Further he had also issued Welcome kit to him.
4. Also that he & some of his friends had deposited/transferred money and made withdrawal the same using the cheque book.
5. Further I would like to inform you that the said Mr Tarun is good friend of Mr. Negi.
6. I had already launched a FIR today with the police
Therefore I request you to look into the matter and take appropriate action immediately also I want you to request you to KINDLY STORE CCTV FOOTAGE, as to my knowledge minimum 3 months storage is always available with the bank,
Kindly keep me updated of what so ever action you are taking in the above mentioned complaint. Looking for a positive and immediate response from your side. I herby certify that above mentioned all information is 100% correct.
