I ordered lenevo vibe K5 on 8th Aug 2016 to avail the offer of 10% cash back using sbi debit card.Transaction was unsuccessful and received the message"your order is declined, revise the payment method".I did the same 6 times and received the same above message.on 9th Aug I repeated the same process but of no use.I contacted customer care and was told to cancel the order and reorder the same and avail COD option.I asked him can i still avail the offer, he told yes the delivary boy will come with the atm swipe machine.I did the same but then i found that COD is not available in this order.Again, i contacted customer care.I confided her my history and was told to contact SBI bank.
Bank manger told your transaction of Rs 6999 was successful in the first attempt itself i.e...on 8 Aug and Rs 23 each was deducted in the latter 6 attempts.I was shocked, dejected and annoyed.I am well known about the ecommerce frauds happening in India but still i believed in Amazon just because of its goodwill.However, this was my first and last experience(bad experience) of online shopping.Who is responsible for this harassment? Even the customer care service u have deployed is of no use.They should have told me by the time i contacted that u have successfully. transacted.They misguided me.I have cancelled the order and want u to refund my money as soon as possible.U not only have lost a customer but someone's believe too!!
