I booked a unit in the project [P7-1805) developed by the opposite party.( Prateek grand city siddhart vihar I have purhased my flat on october 2024

That I had submitted the possession letter in February 2025, but till date (over six months later), the opposite party has failed to complete the required work for handing over the flat in a habitable condition.

That instead of resolving the matter, the opposite party and its representatives have shown an unprofessional and negligent attitude, even stating that there is “no involvement” on their party . whatever you want to do you can do, we are not doing work if you do this complaint we will not doing anything
