I have called around 300+ times to Rajesh Aggarwal, Siddhart, Vikas Baboo, Chanchan, Ohseen, Bijender, and others CRM persons, no one giving the status of Flat and Possession commitment.
I don't have time to visit their office for gossips multiple times, I need clear updates and handover dates on priority.
Every time a person changes and I need to repeat the problem for 10-15 Minutes and after that, they say I will check and get back to you, But in reality they never call back even next if pick the phone by the same person then say we are discussing with team.
Their team treating them like they are working in the prime minister's office and working on warzone situations.
Grand city, Manager treating customers like street dogs and asking them to move around the grand city site, corporate office and there sales office for all the time for possession and get our home.
