Very disappointing experience today with the society management at Prateek Grand City.
I approached society manager Sandeep Rana to discuss a few society rules that genuinely need improvement for the betterment of residents.
Instead of listening to the concern, the first question asked was whether I am an owner or a tenant.
The moment I said I am a tenant, the entire tone changed. The discussion became rude, dismissive, and completely non-constructive. I was basically told that if I want to stay in the society, I should simply follow the rules — and if not, I can leave.
If this is the mindset of management, then it raises a serious question:
Are residents here expected to stay silent instead of raising genuine concerns?
Whether someone is an owner or tenant, everyone living in this society deserves:
respect,
basic courtesy,
and the right to raise issues without being spoken to rudely.
A society should be managed through professionalism and accountability, not ego and intimidation.
I hope the concerned committee / management takes note of this behaviour, because this is not the way residents should be treated. Was this information helpful? |
