Prathama Bank, Moradabad — irresponsible behaviour of bank manager of prathma bank branch 35190 mandi samiti hasanpur

Sir,
This is regarding about my fixed deposits in prathma bank branch 35190 mandi samiti hasanpur. I have three fds in this bank, all have matured.
I want to withdraw my money as i needed urgently. But bank manager's irresponsible behavior is out of my reach. I have gone so many times in the bank. But they don't take any steps regarding this.
Its request you to please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

1- ac no.- [protected] dated: 28/06/2014 duration:400 days, amount:2 lakhs
2- ac no.- [protected] dated: 31/12/2014 duration: 1 year, amount: 16, 000 rs
3- ac no.- [protected] dated: 17/02/2016 duration: 1 year, amount: 40, 000 rs
