Prathama Bank, Moradabad — issue cheque related and branch cashier

My father is the owner of the branch prth0035142 building. I have a cheque book of my account for all members transactions. Now i m living in gurgaon as a business and responsible person.
My account usage is normally. Because account is only for home needs. But now feeling very unhappy by my branch staff vivek cashier
I m using this account from 11/08/2016
I was very happy by bank services.
But now i m unhappy by cashier (Vivek)
I go there for talking about for this.. Then i got bad behaviour by vivek cashier.. So i m sad because this type behaviour first time i got by bank staff...
I want about cheque, what is the meaning of cheque for self or name? If i will go there for every type of cheque clearing then i don't want this type cheque book and i don't want this type bank services.
