They intimidate, bully and constantly threaten with disciplinary or dismissal. They employ poor untrained staff so that they can pay poor wages. There is no training or development from this company. Updated by james mil Pratinidhi TV has no work environment! The employees and management team are very bad and unsupportive! The culture is very negative and it is a fun less environment. New ideas are encouraged and not implemented. it is a bad employer with no perks.Very poor management skills...the nepotism in there is unbearable. Managers do not focus on their employees' value or growth...and that's why people come and leave.
