Pratinidhi TV has no work environment! The employees and management team are very bad and unsupportive! The culture is very negative and it is a fun less environment. New ideas are encouraged and not implemented. it is a bad employer with no perks.Very poor management skills...the nepotism in there is unbearable. Managers do not focus on their employees' value or growth...and that's why people come and leave.
