Pratinidhi TV has no work environment! The employees and management team are very bad and unsupportive! The culture is very negative and it is a fun less environment. New ideas are encouraged and not implemented. it is a bad employer with no perks.Very poor management skills...the nepotism in there is unbearable. Managers do not focus on their employees' value or growth...and that's why people come and leave.

It's extremely bad company in term of HR policy.No will help you once you will get caught.There is no proper Policy. they just hired employee and after their interest finished they do fire them.I would request people not to join this company. stay safe, They really need someone who can manage these issue at their best. As I can see there is no future, For a journalist Transprancey is everything....

They do not have a proper way to Talk with an employee and they cover fake news just for Money.

They do not have proper facilities, They are a big time fraud. Have many fake businesses with other name and doing scam around the world. I would suggest to people to be aware before doing any kind of business or joining this because their policy is so confusing. They do not provide employee salary.

How in the world is pornography like this acceptable to post on the front page?? My 10 year old son asked me about "what does going down on him mean?" What type people actually post this, and how is this acceptable?? I want this post taken down as it is crap!
