Hello,
i want to post a complaint about very very poor service by honda company.
i had met with an accident on 12 jan 2017, my car was crashed into water channel. so damage was not that high but water has entered into the car.
so i claimed my insurance, when they receive the car, they promised to deliver car with in 10 to 15 days. although i was very buzy those days in election duty. the accident left me helpless,
and same thing was shared with company persons. but they hardly bother it. they did nothing till day 10 not even called me to update any thing regarding car.
when i called them after 10 days for car they said car floor mat is under washing, and they would find damages after washing. at that time my requirement was on peek. as i arranged other vehicle for 10 days. after that day i called after 5 days the progress was nil.. as they were making excuses the mat was still wet. then after more 5 days they finally they said that car will be delivered in 2 days. no one bother to inform me abt car.. when after 2 3 days i called they excused abt smthing and said 5 more days it will take.. at same time there was my cousin sisters marrige arrangements starts.. whole time i used to find alternates for my moving form places. i vistied honda to check update.. my car was parked in side full on dust was on it.when i asked they said just fitting left as the people need my direction to fit it. again they promise after 5 days.. after dat when day has come for delivery they called me at 5, i visited there for delivery. still car was not ok. they again asked for a day. next day i was busy so i asked them to drop the car at my place. they dropped in night.in morning when is tested th car. its engine was making weird noices. and ther was a dent on car boot which was not there when i visited honda for delivery.
when i called the concerned persons mobile the mobile was switched off continusly. when i called company they know nothing abt it, and said the query was answered by that person only. and no other alternative.
bt he was on at whats app. so i msz him. he called me after 2 days. and said there is no problem. as i asked one of the mechanic of company then he said some part is not working properly, and he had told the conserned person.but he didnt ordered, again the ask for more day, as i dropped car with them to get repaired. with promise to be delivered in 1 day. i already give them 1 and half day by dropping car with them.
next day i called him in morning to deliver me by the evening as i am having an important meeting on next day.they promised me to deliver it by 4.
no one called to inform me abt car.
at 3.30 i start calling same person. his no was switched off. i tried 1 and half hour for him, i also called landline no one picked it even. then i call in showroom to enquire. even they didnt know wht to do and failed to update me the status..
then in visited honda. and wht i got to knw thr the concerned person has gone on leave and left my car unattended. they hardly bothered my condition as i am having imp meeting next morning. even that i told him in morning.
as i need my car urgently. i stood there till 7 pm and got my work done.
more over till now car is not ok.. and no one bothered regarding it.
as i was a good fan of honda after sale service. honda did this #### with me. we were planing to gift our sister honda jazz in marrige. just because of this worst service ever experienced by any brand car we have. we dropped the idea to i10 rather jazz.
i need some valid responce to it.
otherwise i am going to court for inconvenience i suffered. and the negligence occurred at your companys part.
