Complaint about very very poor car service

This is akshit ohri owner of Ohri valves and hydraulics we have a honda city car registered with name Ohri valves and hydraulics With car number PB09W6064 I have a complaint with lally motors jalandhar Branch . Im extremely sorry to say about their very very poor service and non cooperative company staff, from last 10-15 days we are struggling with the paint shop issues, ac service issues, etc and still not getting to the end . If i rate their service i will give them -10 star we were the happy customer of lally motors from last 8 years but now they have crossed their limits with their non cooperative services.
I hope this message will be forwarded to the higher authorities and getting soon reply and one more thing we have some video as a proof to show their damage with the car etc

Problem in the claim of my car insurance (dap cap) through lally motor from bharti axa.

As, we have taken the dap cap insurance policy (policy no - HON/SK207806) through lally motor, Jalandhar from insurance company bharti axa.
On 2 July 2021, My car (PB 07 BQ 1536) was hit by motor cycle. Therefore driver side rear door was damaged.
Lally Motors have registered a claim request (Claim no : ZA410422) to bharti axa surveyor kamaldeep singh. Lally motor was requesting for the claim of driver side rear door from bharti axa surveyor. But surveyor refused to give us the complete door.
Also Bharti axa surveyor Kamaldeep singh is using rough language on phone call with us. His attitute with customer is very bad. He was unable to satisfy the customer. He is forcing us to satisify with his consent.
We already complaint for himself to the higher authority. They didn't do anything in my favour.

service delay

I came for service of my car city pb13ay3000, advisor said me that there is problem in backside left wheel and said we will order the part, it may take few days so i went back. After about 20 days that part came to them and they asked me to come. When i came yesterday from 55 km they said that they donot have time today and said that you may come tomorrow. Today i came about 12’o clock and they started work at about 3 pm and said that they problem is not in back wheel but it is in front wheel and they have ordered the part of back wheel. So you may go and come again when the part of front wheel will come to us. I can’t come daily, i am not free for car.

Hello,
i want to post a complaint about very very poor service by honda company.
i had met with an accident on 12 jan 2017, my car was crashed into water channel. so damage was not that high but water has entered into the car.
so i claimed my insurance, when they receive the car, they promised to deliver car with in 10 to 15 days. although i was very buzy those days in election duty. the accident left me helpless,
and same thing was shared with company persons. but they hardly bother it. they did nothing till day 10 not even called me to update any thing regarding car.
when i called them after 10 days for car they said car floor mat is under washing, and they would find damages after washing. at that time my requirement was on peek. as i arranged other vehicle for 10 days. after that day i called after 5 days the progress was nil.. as they were making excuses the mat was still wet. then after more 5 days they finally they said that car will be delivered in 2 days. no one bother to inform me abt car.. when after 2 3 days i called they excused abt smthing and said 5 more days it will take.. at same time there was my cousin sisters marrige arrangements starts.. whole time i used to find alternates for my moving form places. i vistied honda to check update.. my car was parked in side full on dust was on it.when i asked they said just fitting left as the people need my direction to fit it. again they promise after 5 days.. after dat when day has come for delivery they called me at 5, i visited there for delivery. still car was not ok. they again asked for a day. next day i was busy so i asked them to drop the car at my place. they dropped in night.in morning when is tested th car. its engine was making weird noices. and ther was a dent on car boot which was not there when i visited honda for delivery.
when i called the concerned persons mobile the mobile was switched off continusly. when i called company they know nothing abt it, and said the query was answered by that person only. and no other alternative.
bt he was on at whats app. so i msz him. he called me after 2 days. and said there is no problem. as i asked one of the mechanic of company then he said some part is not working properly, and he had told the conserned person.but he didnt ordered, again the ask for more day, as i dropped car with them to get repaired. with promise to be delivered in 1 day. i already give them 1 and half day by dropping car with them.
next day i called him in morning to deliver me by the evening as i am having an important meeting on next day.they promised me to deliver it by 4.
no one called to inform me abt car.
at 3.30 i start calling same person. his no was switched off. i tried 1 and half hour for him, i also called landline no one picked it even. then i call in showroom to enquire. even they didnt know wht to do and failed to update me the status..
then in visited honda. and wht i got to knw thr the concerned person has gone on leave and left my car unattended. they hardly bothered my condition as i am having imp meeting next morning. even that i told him in morning.
as i need my car urgently. i stood there till 7 pm and got my work done.
more over till now car is not ok.. and no one bothered regarding it.
as i was a good fan of honda after sale service. honda did this #### with me. we were planing to gift our sister honda jazz in marrige. just because of this worst service ever experienced by any brand car we have. we dropped the idea to i10 rather jazz.
i need some valid responce to it.
otherwise i am going to court for inconvenience i suffered. and the negligence occurred at your companys part.

I have bought Honday City top Variant in July.The AV entertainment system was faulty when i took the delivery, its Display was not working, but they told me this is a software bug and will be rectiefied once it is updated.That was not the case, i have to visit Lally motors patiala for several time.After that they told me that they will get the enetertainment system replaced and will take 10-15 days more, but its more than 45 days now, still no response. Mr gobind Dhiman was the sales man .He always make lame excuses and lies .
I had very bad experience with lally motors Patiala, I wont recommend anyone to Buy Honda Car from Lally motors Patiala

Car was not registered online for an assured gift

I would like to inform you that i (Harkirat singh) has purchased a car honda city svmt no. Pb02-cv- 3045 from your showroom lali motors g.T. Road, amritsar on 1st jan 2016. It was being said that time that there is an assured gift on every purchase. That assured gift was to be given in the month of march & as said would have been informed to us through our mail id. I went for the second service of my car on 15th april & enquired for the assured gift which was not informed. While checking i came to know that my car was not registered for the assured gift category, which was a great surprise for me. At that moment, i felt ignored myself. I am surprised, howcome such a big company lalli motors can ignore it's clients.
I request you to please look into the matter and revert back to me as soon as possible. Waiting for your response.

jerking in car

This is Dharmvir Gupta from Ludhiana, Punjab. I have a Honda city car since last five years and on very first year I started to face the problem with the car, which is jerking, so that I complaint to my local company, prestige Honda LALLY MOTORS, the same. After receiving the car they said it won’t happen again, but still the problem exist with my car. This thing happened again and again. One day they said SIR, clutch plates has to be replaced and then the problem will not occur. After replacing the clutch plates the same problem exist again, now this time they are saying that SIR, there is something else has to be replaced which cost about 20,000 Rs.
