We bought prestige induction before 1 year and due to an incident its glass broken out so we gave it to the service center on 18/04/ 2016 where they told us that it will be fixed within a week but till 04/08/2016 they didn't fixed it even-though i called them and went to them every week and argued them that i travel a lot of distance to reach but each time they gave the excuse that the glass is not available in the company. if it were so then why they didn't inform me in the starting itself that they can't repair it...my mobile no. is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
