My chimneys top mesh has broken and I am not able to use the device for last almost two months. The device is in guarantee period and will expire in another couple of months. A complaint has been raised on 14th of March and no one turned back even after making more than 10 calls to follow-up on the complaint. The response I got from Prestige was really despairing and irritating. I also tried to reach all the grievance contact given in their webpage, but of no use.
