Prestige Smart Kitchen — Pressure cooker | |||
Purchased 4 litre cooker (Junior deep pan) from a prestige smart kitchen on 30th July (bill attached). On the box and at bottom of the cooker it is mentioned as 4lit. But unfortunately when I measured after reaching home, it is only 3litrs. When I approached smart kitchen they are telling it is not acceptable as the method we measured is wrong. They connected us to the Area Sales Manager of the area. He also denied & was speaking rudely and did not accept that the cooker is 3 litres. He even denied to tell his name when asked. We have 2 more prestige cookers at home 2lit & 5 lit. Both can hold 2lit and 5lit water respectively. Now I want the cooker to be replaced with another model of 4 litres or take back the cooker and refund the amount. Pls do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
