Prestige Smart Kitchen — Prestige automatic gas stove

My name is khalik mirza and I m from mumbai,
I have registered a complaint regarding the leakage of gas from prestige hubtop gas stove on 10 January 2021 and now it is 13 January but no one had came from prestige to repair it.
My complain no is MUMB1840785
I had called to their service center more than 20 times in 3 days but still no response from their side. Every time they say "we had registered your complain on higher priority and it will get resolved as soon as poosible"
Then later they said "our higher official will call u on your number regarding this and resolve it as soon as possible" but still I m waiting for that too.
I had told them in every call that "we didn't cooked food in our house from last 3 days, please send some technician to resolve it" but thier ans was same "your issue will resolve as soon as possible"
Please help me regarding this and if anytime happens in my house because of this leakage prestige will be responsible for this.
