I purchased Electric rice cooker in july 2020.. I Opened the cooker only yesterday.. But I find that the cooker is not functioning after connecting with the power cable .. It is not getting ON .. not going to Warm position or so, , Pl send the technician to solve this issue.. I have the guarantee card given by the retail unit of your Prestige..
