Prestige Smart Kitchen — Prestige induction cook-top pic 6.0 v2 | |||||
I have a prestige induction cook top PIC 6.0 V2. Within three months, it stopped working and showing E9 error. On Feb 1, 2016 I raised a complaint with them (complaint no: CHEN1701639), but today is Feb 29, 20116. No updates from them. I called them almost 10 times in the month's time, the only answer i get from them is, we are escalating it. But dont know how they are doing and what they are doing and whom they are escalating to. Very frustrated with their service. Today, when i call the service centre guy, he told to come in person with the cook top. Needless to say, how does it feel when they say this after a month.
