Attention everyone please don't buy this prestige super brand things. We are one of the greatest victim. Seriously, each and every kitchen appliance in our home is from the prestige brand. But, this time we seriously feel very bad being such a devoted customer for this worthless, incredibly horrible brand. On[protected] we purchased a prestige royale duplex glass top stove. It cost as rs.10295 with 2 years warranty. Exactly, after 2 years when the warranty ends it broke off because of rust. They have mentioned it as super brand, stainless steel body, is this the way how they mention them as stainless steel body? "stainless steel"- what is the meaning of it when it gets rusted of within 2 years and broke off. When we complained about in customer care they say as you will be charged rs2000 for replacement. Rs10295 stone needs a replacement of 2000 rupees stainless steel body within 2 years. Complaint no: chen2385170. This is not the only fault, the burner doesn't flame properly at times. This is the most costliest glasstop stove in prestige but its been always troublesome after an year of purchase. People better choose a worthy product than this worthless product. Even i have the picture of it but it's not getting uploaded after many tries.
