We purchased gas table from the below authorised store on 17May2015 evening, and found it was defective one of the burn was not in use and complained to the store - the technician from prestige came and repaired the product and accepted it was defective due to non-presence at home no know how to approach, when it was asked storeperson to replace the product - refused to do so.
