This complaint is against Bandra branch receptionist. She is rude and careless. She told me that my appointment is booked for Friday and when I called to check than she said appointment is not there. Rather than admitting that there has been a mistake, she started arguing on call. This kind of service is not acceptable please. This treatment requires proper interval between sessions and when appointments are not taken seriously by clinic itself, how can customer expect results. This is very disappointing to see big brands like Prettislim recruiting this kind of staff. I would not recommend anybody this clinic. Was this information helpful? |
