Kandivli prettislim has worst customer service and staff. No follow up on complaints. I lost rs. 10000 worth of therapy. Even after submitting complaint no action was taken. I tried reaching the branch manager. Cluster manager, but no response received. My appointment was confirmed but later they denied my appointment. And they did not even have courtesy to inform back.
