I am sorry, I am totally to be self-blamed. Before checking out the above reports, I signed the contract with Prime Infotech on 28.05.2020. I started doing the form filling work and submitted the tasks on June 02nd. On June 04th I received from legal.primeinfotech that I have secured only 55% accuracy. On Jun 02nd, there were still 100 pages to be verified but even before that the accuracy report was produced by the system.
Now on on Jun 25th, I have received a sms from QP-TXTAPI mentioning my internal case has been sent to Arbitration for legal proceedings and asked me to contact cell no. [protected]. I saw the message only on 28/06 because I was attending to a relative in the hospital for 3 days.

Since morning today, 29/06, I have tried the above number 4 times and also two Prime Infotech numbers which remain switched off through out.

Could somebody advise me what should I do to resolve this problem. I am a retired person, without a job for the past 18 months. The COVID-19 also has put us all in a no-finance situation. As such I don't have any money with me.

As per above review I have informed the company to delete my details and I will not continue their work they told me the same thing and gave agreement and login ids its just 1 day I started but seeing the review I have afraid and told them I dont want to continue their work and delete my details. If they will send me any legal notice or as such I will immediately lodge a complain against them.

even I got victimized by by prime infotech

actually i saw their ad on naukri and it really makes me sad that a big company like naukri is not able to identify fraudsters like prime infotech and they are using services of naukri.com to find their targets and make them victim

anyways lets come to the point

so even i am getting message and call and email from them i just need to know what action you guys have taken agains them

You will get this agreement upon Fist Time Login after you Entered the OTP received through SMS.

So you have signed this type of online contract and now you are afraid believe me I was also when I signed an online contract with some company called "Prime Infotech" without reading it. So I don't want you to feel the same panic or fear I faced.

Don't worry, calm down take a deep breath and let your heart relax.
They are fraudsters.
The website address is "digitaldatalink.com". They can create many websites like this or they might have.

If you are just enrolled don't do a single work, and If you have worked then don't give money you have already wasted your precious time.
This is totally a scam and fraudster website.
Don't fall for their fraud. They have made a decent website so that people like us don't think its a fraud company.
They won't do anything until the expiry date and once the expiry date is over, if you have completed the work they will find some mistakes in it or if you haven't completed the work they will ask you money.
Don't fall for these fraudsters as they will demand money from you in both cases.
Don't give them a single penny. The contract is invalid, that is not a legal document. Its just there to create panic and fear amongst innocent people who just want to work online to earn little money.
Also their main target are students which don't know anything about the contracts and get trapped in their vicious circle. So please don't fall for these traps. They are just fraudsters, they can't go to court or do any legal action on you.
Just sit relax ignore their calls or if you can then say that you want to say them (you understanding what i am talking about).
So don't get scammed.
Also I have attached the part of contract and E-mail asking for money.
Last not Least The contract is fake and total piece of sh***t so don't take it serious. A real contract is very different if you don't know ask your parents for a legal paper and see it. You will immediately notice that this contract is fake.
Like if it helped you. It would also allow me to see that my words helped someone.

same for me is i received our same agreemeunt this is not legal document if you sign any agreement are you are photo annd witnessed sign and photo then stamp of court is legal agreement is different

this is a fake document.

I have also applied through naukri and signed the contract but my work has not started and now i read all this. I am worried what to do next. I don't want to start working. Please help me with what should I do now. My email id- [protected]@gmail.com

Pls DON'T panic and don't pay them any money . They are committing online fraud. They are using your e - sign which you used to register yourself through the link they sent you to forge a fake document that you didn't agree to. And according to court of law to sign an agreement both parties are supposed to be told about the terms and conditions beforehand which they didn't . So don't worry and I spoke to my lawyer about it and he said we can sue them for withholding information .

So pls don't panic ..

Today they called me and when i said that i've already filed a complain against their company for online fraud, he started abuse me and said we do everything legally soon you will get notice in your house and then i said i can see how professional you are as you are abusing a women
So whoever gets call from them dont be afraid be confident and do not make them know you are panicking
Lets see what happens next, i will give update here.
