I blame myself for signing to work with company. I signed the agreement without reading it properly. I started the typing work then I felt there is something wrong. I felt like this is fake or illegal work because it was related everything to people outside India. Foreigners name, dob, personal details, bank details etc. I stopped the typing work immediately and informed them that I can't work for the company. That's when all the drama started. They started to blame me, threatened me that they will take legal action against me if I don't pay the penalty which is ₹9499. This happened today only (27.08.2020). I shared this with my friends also and they supported me and said that not to pay any amount. One by one everything was getting clear that this is scam. I don't know what to do now. I'm nervous but I am not going to pay a single rupee to them.

Hi Neha Maru,

Pls DON'T panic and don't pay them any money . They are committing online fraud. They are using your e - sign which you used to register yourself through the link they sent you to forge a fake document that you didn't agree to. And according to court of law to sign an agreement both parties are supposed to be told about the terms and conditions beforehand which they didn't . So don't worry and I spoke to my lawyer about it and he said we can sue them for withholding information and forging a fake document without our consent and knowledge.

So pls don't panic ..

Thank you so much for reading my post. And yes I understood that there are fraudsters. I started worrying about all the situation but when I get it that they are fraud company so I started threatening them 😅 and said that I know about them and who they are and if they force for me then I will make police complaint against them. As soon as they received my mail on the spot they stopped mailing and calling me. And I'm tension free now.
