Prime Minister Grievance Portal — govt running fake portal

Almost plenty of time i have been sending grievance upon prime minister grievance portal but none of mine application got result. It seems our prime minister narendra modi is a big fraud running a fake portal. Minister it's corrupted what will the system do. System too is corrupted. Registration no. I discontinued from college annamalai university b. E. Ece 2012-16.
I'm from a poor family my father died 10yrs before. He was an adopted

Fighter. I have no one in my family. My mother hardly collected money to
Submit fees for university due to critical family conditions i left
College. Further i went on asking for continuation to college
Registrar as well as deputy registrar said it's impossible but other
Colleges said complete your degree from same university so i submitted
My original tc with application to registrar on 18/04/2017 later i
Came to university on 28/05/2017 asked for my status they said its
Impossible to take you in university i spoke out ok but when i asked
To return tc and migration certificates they said we have lost your tc
And started misbehaving saying pora north indian. I have submitted
Lots of application to university higher administration to chancellor
Vice chancellor registrar deputy registrar, district magistrate of
Cuddalore-purnea, ministry of higher education tamil nadu-delhi, rte etc
But till now no sign of help provided. Please help in getting my right
To freedom, freedom to education or thereby in getting my
Certificates. No university should have such kind of right to make
