Airtel deducted 20rs 3 times totalling 60rs, from my main balance in a month. When I called customer care and just asked why did u deduct money, Executive rellplied that I am playing a game in prime zone and she added that she will deactivate if you want. it's very clear that even before I started complaining, she gave me a reply with deactivation option.
