Prime Zone Services — money deduction

Hi, i am rajwinder kaur from hoshiarpur. Today i received a message that is 'thanks for use prime zone' and they deduct 20 rs from my account even i'm not open or download any kind of apps and did not activate any kind of services, i not tolerate this type of things, so please give me my 20 rs unless i'm am take serious action. It happend with me second time i will wait only 2 days more...
