Prime Zone Services — refund of wrongful deduction of rs.20/- against prime zone services (not used)

I c. R. Majumder, user of airtel, today i have got a message of rs. 20 have been deducted from my account in connection with the using of prime zone services but it is reiterated to inform you that neither i have used prime zone services, nor downloaded such type of apps. Hence it is requested to refund of rs. 20 immediately. This is my second time deduction so i am unable to tolerate it and i will publish in the press if any step is not taken for refunding of rs. 20 in my account immediately.

Please deactivate the scervices and arrange to refund the deducted amount in my phone balance at earliest. Without my consent it was activated by the company. So please refund the deducted amount right now
