As discussed, I had contacted customer care and as per there suggestion. I had been to HP Authorized service center at Aforeserve dot com ltd(Mumbai). They have produce a report stating that replacement of the print-head is not possible as per the invoice print-head is out of warranty, After producing print-health report(See print head reoprt) which clearly states that both of my print-head is still under warranty till 24/9/2013 they have given me rejection report even rejection report states refilled cartridge used which is not possible from my side as, I have always used genuine Hp cartridge(See cartridge bills 1,2,3,4). It is not acceptable even after my print-head is under warranty they have refuse to replace the print-head just as per invoice date. Please, I request you to look into the issue and resolve the issue as soon as possible. I have attached all the possible documents required to support my agenda. Was this information helpful? |
