Why WhatsApp helpline number or email support or customer care number is given if no pne responses on that??? If only bulk orders are entertained, then why for single order option is visible, is it just to become rich by doing fraud with customers money??

      Hi
      I am writing as there has been no order update on the payment that I made. I ordered a custom Tshirt from their website
      They took the money but have not delivered the product.

      I am attaching the transaction receipt of the same.

      The email that I used for the order was : [protected]@gmail.com . They have not responded to my emails or my whatsapp messages when I enquired about the order.

      I needed this order for my friend who is leaving India. This has put me in a lot of issues as it was a special gift that I had planned.

      Do let me know what I can do for this?

        Hi Team,

        With deep dissatisfaction i would like to State that my Order No#[protected] which was to be delivered by 28th July 2022 has not been delivered yet.

        @Printland Team-If you People are not Potent enough to meet the Customer requirements and deliver the Product on time
        then you do not hold the eligibility to continue with this business. Mind it!!!
        I want the delivery to be done anyhow within 2-3 days or else please return my Money Back!
        I am calling your customer care team([protected]) continuously since last 3 days but no one is even bothering to Pick up the Call!!!
        I am not even getting any updates via Emails/Phone to get the Current Status of my Order.
        And for sure i'll raise this issue/concern with the Consumer Court/Forum.
        Revert back to me ASAP!!!

          Hi,

          I have ordered pens in www. printland.in order #r #PL[protected] on[protected] at 18:06:04. Payment completed in 100% full in advance. Originally promised delivery date 30 Jun 2022. However today is 30 july 2022 but not received the goods

          Several followups done with the team over phone whatsapp and email..what I got is frustration, mental unrest and pain but not what was ordered.

          I find that several other people have posted similar experience over here.

          Can you please help receive the products ordered.

            I ordered a product vide order no #PL[protected] dt. 06.06.2022 and paid 219 Rs including shipping& handling.

            Sofar not received any reply and feedback about the product and supply of the order also.

            Request to either refund or sully the item immediately.

              Do find attached the video. Also, note that these pen drives get heated when connecting to the laptop.

              Recently (in feb'22 end) I had ordered 4 nos. of Credit card pen drives of 32 GB. Today (12.03.2022) received the same but unfortunately, none of the pen drives is detected on the laptop. Requested to arrange to the refund (total Rs. 3200/-) against faulty pen drives.

              After several follow-ups got a mail regarding your I also tried contacting the customer care number but unfortunately got no answer. Further, refund against the above mentioned order number has been initiated and once approved; you will get the same in 10-15 working days.

                Hi I placed an order of 2 customized t shirts 3 months ago and I received different size from which I ordered.
                They asked to return back the t shirts so that they will provide a replacement. I have returned them the t shirts and they have acknowledged the same but they haven't provided me the replacement or refund till date.. its been more than 3 months now.

                      I ordered a pop socket 20 days back and still have not received it. They do not reply to mails. They have a non-existent customer care team. Once I got through to the sales team and they were super unprofessional.

                                  I had Placed an order of customized key chains on 28th Dec 2021. Order ORDER #:[protected]

                                  Thereafter, Printland did not deliver the order within 5-7 days (as claimed in their email).

                                  I contacted the call center and then they informed me that one of the keychains is not available and i'll have to reorder from the choices they emailed me. I reordered as suggested and then received a call from printland after two days, mentioning that my order has been misplaced and i should reorder.

                                  So i asked for refund. Then i received an email after 3 days asking for bank account details for refund and since then its been 12 days now and i haven't received my refund. Emailing them does not lead to any recourse.

                                  I have all the email conversations with printland customer care and would be happy to share it with you when required.

                                  I request you to please help me get my refund

                                    I ordered a product on January 04, 2022 and they promised that i will receive it by January 15, 2022 and i called to the customer care n number of times and i didn't get any updates till date this is a fake website to steal the money i recommend not to buy or visit this website and this is my product id;[protected]

                                        I had made a payment of 299/- to printland on 26th November for a customised Laptop skin.

                                        I have got no update about it, I didnt recieve a message about order, nor did they sent any details about it on my email ID.

                                        Now they are refusing that the transaction had failed; even though I have shared my screenshots of transaction.
