I have ordered a branded pen (costing 6000) order#[protected] as a gift which was supposed to be delivered on 30th Nov, but it is still showing in processing state and has not yet been dispatched. I have tried to contact their customer support but it never gets connected also they are not replying to my emails.

I ordered to Printland.in, 8 diaries and 1 laptop skin 15 days ago, but received only 7 diaries. Called around 100 times, out of which 6 times answered the call and put down the phone. Sent few emails but no reply. Sent message to the printland whatsapp number, message read by someone but no response. This kind of customer care is extremely disappointing and stressful. I don't know words to express the disgust.

I didn’t receive whole order one thing is missing, company doesn’t take calls, but I paid money for all the products

I ordered customized gift items for Diwali gift on 25th Oct 20 as it was promised to deliver by 4th Nov 20 as per portal. There was major charge paid for delivery as well. Upon non receipt of items, I followed up and got response as its reprocessing due to some quality issue. After 4-5 days while follow up again got same response and promise to expedite the delivery. Wherein there has never been any communication from their end on updates/tracking and still no delivery confirmed. It affects our reputation as we could be unable to deliver gifts to employees as last moment ditch doesn't leave time for other such options.

When am checking the status its shows me processing for the 16 days standard delivery date is november 2 but till now they didn't dispatched the product. When am trying customer care they never respond us. They once pick the call and disconnecting immediately. I tried lot of times but no use.

I ordered a personalized diary.
It has my professors name embossed in it.
They delivered it 2 months late. And a delivered product was very cheap quality. Name was not embossed but printed with white powder which comes off.

I've ordered a silver sipper bottle with names on[protected] and[protected] but still I didn't get any processing from printland end. I've been following up with them since two weeks but telling same story,

The order was given on 13th September and it was supposed to arrive on 23rd September. But it hasn't arrived till date. They don't respond to any of my calls.

These people not responding my call, .its been a month not to deliver my product..
I dont understand.what to do

I placed a order on date 21.08.2020 in printland online site. Delivery of product was 31.08.2020, but product not delivered yet.
Customer care not picking the call from 9 days.

Printland Order[protected] I haven't received my order yet, on the website it is shown still processing and i was suppose to receive it by 29th August 2020. But still i haven't received it yet. Have tried calling several times, messaged on Facebook have mailed them. But there was no single answer from thier side.Please take my complaint into consideration and make the order as soon as possible or refund my money.

Hi, my order no is[protected] order on 17/08/2020 expected deliver was 27/08/2020. I have ordered a phone case but till now it's in processing status not they respond to call nor email, whatsapp nothing they didn't give any response. Coustomer care also not working please do something.

I have placed an order[protected]on august 12tg but the product is not yet delivered.. Sheduled delivery date is showing as august 22. Customer care is not picking the call and they are not replying to emails

The items have not been delivered till now. They have been ordered to the personnel before they leave the institute. Please look into this matter. I have tried to contact them, nobody picked up call/answered.

I paid the amount thru credit card.. They sent me bill also...
But till now no response for that order and item till now not delivered
While i am searching for know about this printland i saw many customers comments like this “me too cheat by them.. U

On 18 march 2020, i place an order for 3 product from printland.in (order no.[protected] . I was suppose to receive the product on 28 march 2020, but i have not received the product till date. Total cost of the product is rs 883/-. It's a prepaid order. I have already paid full amount. I even tried to contact on their customer care number (which all are mentioned in their website) but the number is not reachable.Further i tried to contact the company through their bulk enquiries contact no. But in a manner less tone their staff said we have only one person in our customer service so He/she is uable to pick you calls and they hang up. I also send them emails for status update but as usual they didn't respond. Very disappointed with their bad services never ever shop anything from this website in future.Inshot, They are frauds.

In view of the above, i am submitting this complaint for necessary action please.

I booked a customized pen for Rs 754 online with Printland and they said 2nd august as delivery, till date no updates about my order or no contacts to customer care

I have ordered a product order no - pl[protected]. It was supposed to deliver on[protected] as mentioned on its website. Though i was expecting bit early delivery since it was a birthday gift, still it's not delivered.
Payment was made via paytm and amount was deducted. I tried reaching out customer support contact number as well as email for the order status. They didn't respond to any of my calls n emails till now.

Very bad experience!!
