This is the worst online store ever. Shame on printland online store... They are not able to complete the orders on time there is no one to talk in customer care department, there is no one to hear your problem. Such a waste of money i did by ordering 21 coffee mug (Order date 11 jun 2019, due for delivery on 21 jun 2019) that i wanted for a birthday party (On 26 jun 2019) as return gifts for my guests. Till now i haven't received. Such an idiotic behaviour shame on you literally shame such an irresponsible behaviour from printland even after several reminders, customer care calls for delivery request and watsapp messages for delivery no fast track action has been taken from your end... What a shameful behaviour

    I have order on dated: 9 apr 2019 for print a cap which font and name i have select as per their website and i have also screenshot of my ordered cap and i have payment at a time of purchase, but they sent me damaged cap and wrong product on dated 28 may 2019. I have also mail them and request them for wrong product and damage product but they mail me we are working on it and we will reprint the cap and sent you but now they are not responding my mail and till today they have blacklisted my number and not answering me.

      I have ordered customized name plate as a gift and it was supposed to deliver on 19th june, when i called on the same day, i was informed that your product failed in quality check and we are again producing it and it will be dispatched by 21st june, when i called again now the are saying the required material is not available, its been 3 weeks and the are not able to provide single nameplate

        I have placed an order for a customized Sipper through the printland website with order ID PL[protected] on the 8th of June 2019 and I was supposed to receive my order by 18th of June. I have not received any update regarding the order and I have been trying to contact them through phone and mails constantly but I have not been able to reach them. I have been calling them almost daily and there has not been any kind of response from the Seller.

          I had ordered dater with 12 sepcific words for stamping but printland company send me a very small mini dater.
          When I am trying to contact they are not replying with proper answer. Even they are not confirming they are going to send me my product or not. When ever I call them in starting they picked few call tand told me they will call me back after that dose not matter how many times I call them they never pick the call.

            I have placed my order on June 6th nearly 15-20 days completed it's still processing i have sent bulk of emails and messages too printland but they are not even responding to atleast one mail n not responding to any calls not lefting calls too bad response i didnt got my products
            i am disappointed of this order atleast they should have some respect towards customer n should respond too them n payment is done by online n now they are not responding to calls n messages.

            Not even responding now too not lifting calls etc atleast i need my refund back.
            I placed my order on 23rd may 2019 with id[protected]. Now its not showing in my order history. I had 1st required on 28th may they replied as out of stock and i was asked to wait repeatedly for several days. And now its only showing 'unable to open the file'

              I have placed order 8 June 2019 and expected delivery is 17 June 2019. Product is not yet delivered. Even I requested to cancel the product and refund the amount. I tried to reach over phone. No one picked the phone. I didn't receive any postive response or expected delivery date from print land. This is fraud company. I have order 56 corporate magic mug which is not yet delivered. I made payment of 15552.00 INR. Please take strict against such fraud company which is not giving any response and not delivering product on time.

                I placed prepaid order #[protected] on 5th June. I haven't received my product. No customer care is responding to calls or emails. This fraud company is cheating customers. This site is being dòing this to many clients.pls Check on Facebook. Only bulk Enquiry call they pickup else transfer on automated msg which no one picks up . Pls stop this company from cheating more people

                I have asked them to refund my money. They have said it cannot be done as it's against their policy to refund. I have asked them to refund as store credits atleast. They don't have stock of T-shirt.. they should atleast stop advertising about it on their site. People are paying money and then after a months follow-up they are saying we don't have stock. Customer care number is no use. Only if you want to place bulk order they pick calls. If not they just cut it. I haven't got my refund yet

                  Order ID: PL[protected], I ordered the product "Customize Reebok Plastic Pen" for quantity of 1001 for the amount of Rs. 2682.68 and product "Badge" for the quantity of 6 for the amount of Rs. 504. For shipping & handling, I was charged Rs. 1000. The total bill is Rs. 4187. I was assured that this product will delivered by Mon 3rd June, 2019, but I have not been delivered anything. Also, the website is only showing my products under the status as "processing". I tried numerous times to contact the customer care, but no one picking up the call and I even wrote an email, but no response from the seller. I had made this bulk order for an event of June 5th, 2019. Now that the event is also over and the products will be of no use. I'm facing a great loss. Please let me have the refund.

                  I received a mail on Aug 19, 2019 that refund against my order number has been initiated and I will be receiving the same in 10-15 working days. They requested to deny to accept the badges when courier partner came to deliver the same. But, I did not receive the refund even after 10-15 working days. Then I sent a mail on Sep 06, 2019 reminding about my refund, so on Sep 07, 2019, I received a mail from printland that: "We regret to inform you that the refund got delayed due to some account related issue. However, we will refund and share the transaction details within 2-4 working days." But even after 2-4 working days, I did not receive the refund, based on which I sent a mail again on Sep 12, 2019 reminding my refund request, after which I received a mail from PayU on Sep 13, 2019 that my refund request was being processed and that the money would reflect in my account within 5-7 business days. Finally, on Sep 16, 2019, I received the refund Rs. 4187 in my account.

                  I received this mail from Printland on Jun 22, 2019, 10:45 AM:
                  "Greetings from Printland! Your order #PL[protected] 17:43:46 Items in Your Order is currently being sourced and will be processed in 3-4 days.You can also check the status of your order on Printland.in."

                  Printland has not kept the deadline of delivering the product by Jun 03, 2019, so then why does the company now wants to deliver the product which would be of no use to me at this point of time? Why am I being burdened with the product instead of proper compensation? I'm demanding for refund. Kindly process the refund and not the order!

                  If Printland could not deliver the product on time then it is their mistake and not mine, so I should be compensated! They can't just throw their mistake on my side! I have patiently waited according to the deadline mentioned by Printland till Jun 03, 2019 since the time of order, now if the deadline has not been followed then it is Printland's mistake, so they should return the money!

                          I had ordered 30 wedding cards from printland. The estimated delivery date was 6th may. However, the cards are yet to be delivered. The customer care number either doesn't connect or the executive promises to deliver it by next day but they don't. I have my marriage next month and i am leaving delhi on 20th may. I have already paid Rs. 2053 for the order on[protected] and delivery time is 3-4 days but its more than 1 month and still it is not delivered. Request your help in this regard.

                              I had made an order for couple printing t-shirt, my order was delivered on time, but spelling on the product was wrongly written. So i called to customer care and then they solve my problem instantly and my order was delivered in 5 days without any extra charges. I advise to the company that every item should be checked properly so that customer may receive right product.

                                I have ordered a printed coffee a week ago but due to some convenience reasons my order was delayed by two or three days. Then i called on printland customer care number and they talked with me very politely and apologize for the delay in order. After some days, my order has been delivered safely. I am happy with the great services and products of printland.

                                    I have ordered a customised t shirt on 26 march 2019 with order id. Pl[protected] which was expected to be delivered by 4th april 2019. But as on today i. E., 25 april 2019 almost one month for the order my order is still under processing. I have sent many mails to remind and know the status of my order but all were in vain.. Is this the way you people treat with your customers.. My money has already deducted.. If the order is not going to be delivered at least refund my money back. Or just ship my order. Expecting a reply at least this time.

                                      I had placed an order for 51 branded items for a family occasion. The delivery was supposed to happen on March 30, but did not. We were not even informed of a possible delay. That itself ruined our gifting idea for the event. Moving on, i continued to ping the company (email and contact center) to understand the reason behind the delay. After several back and forths, i was told there was some problem with the supplier. I had asked for a cancellation and refund. Their manager after a very long time told me the refund would be initiated in 7-15 days. Again, never happened. Each time i reach out to their call center, they keep saying it will take 2 more days or that the manager is on leave. Either ways, the delay continues never end. It's almost been a month and even today i am told it will take another week. This is a ridiculous organization, especially when dealing with customers! Completely dissapointed and tired of this chasing!

                                        I have bought family-themed photo calendars from printland for holi presents for family members for several years, with unfailing quality and rapid service. Sadly, in march 2019 there was a hiccup, when the 2 copies i had ordered all arrived too dark. I wrote and complained. They immediately cancelled what i had paid for the faulty ones, and then sent replacements without charge. Couldn't ask for better service. I will use them for many more years, i'm sure!
