[Resolved]  Printland — Order not yet dispatched

I have ordered a branded pen (costing 6000) order#[protected] as a gift which was supposed to be delivered on 30th Nov, but it is still showing in processing state and has not yet been dispatched. I have tried to contact their customer support but it never gets connected also they are not replying to my emails.

Printland customer support has not taken any action yet, it's been more than 25 days that I have placed my order. Please help me to get the refund of this order, my Rs 6000 are stuck in it and the birthday occasion for which i need this gift has already been passed. I am not able to connect to these frauds and neither they are responding to my emails. Please take strict action on Printland.
