[Resolved]  Printland — non-delivery of product on time and loss of money

Order ID: PL[protected], I ordered the product "Customize Reebok Plastic Pen" for quantity of 1001 for the amount of Rs. 2682.68 and product "Badge" for the quantity of 6 for the amount of Rs. 504. For shipping & handling, I was charged Rs. 1000. The total bill is Rs. 4187. I was assured that this product will delivered by Mon 3rd June, 2019, but I have not been delivered anything. Also, the website is only showing my products under the status as "processing". I tried numerous times to contact the customer care, but no one picking up the call and I even wrote an email, but no response from the seller. I had made this bulk order for an event of June 5th, 2019. Now that the event is also over and the products will be of no use. I'm facing a great loss. Please let me have the refund.

I received a mail on Aug 19, 2019 that refund against my order number has been initiated and I will be receiving the same in 10-15 working days. They requested to deny to accept the badges when courier partner came to deliver the same. But, I did not receive the refund even after 10-15 working days. Then I sent a mail on Sep 06, 2019 reminding about my refund, so on Sep 07, 2019, I received a mail from printland that: "We regret to inform you that the refund got delayed due to some account related issue. However, we will refund and share the transaction details within 2-4 working days." But even after 2-4 working days, I did not receive the refund, based on which I sent a mail again on Sep 12, 2019 reminding my refund request, after which I received a mail from PayU on Sep 13, 2019 that my refund request was being processed and that the money would reflect in my account within 5-7 business days. Finally, on Sep 16, 2019, I received the refund Rs. 4187 in my account.
PrintLand customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I received this mail from Printland on Jun 22, 2019, 10:45 AM:
"Greetings from Printland! Your order #PL[protected] 17:43:46 Items in Your Order is currently being sourced and will be processed in 3-4 days.You can also check the status of your order on Printland.in."

Printland has not kept the deadline of delivering the product by Jun 03, 2019, so then why does the company now wants to deliver the product which would be of no use to me at this point of time? Why am I being burdened with the product instead of proper compensation? I'm demanding for refund. Kindly process the refund and not the order!

If Printland could not deliver the product on time then it is their mistake and not mine, so I should be compensated! They can't just throw their mistake on my side! I have patiently waited according to the deadline mentioned by Printland till Jun 03, 2019 since the time of order, now if the deadline has not been followed then it is Printland's mistake, so they should return the money!
