    I ordered a cross brand customised pen on 14 th November 2023 for a close relative for their birthday, the expected delivery was as usual showing 10 days which was supposed to be 24 th November, but today it marks 8th December and I haven’t recieved any updates for the product nor any message/email for the same. The delivery window just says processing and the company is sooo unresponsive of your emails and calls..

      I had ordered two products on 11th Oct 2023... My Order no. is[protected] and[protected] and it was supposed to deliver on 21st October 2023..
      But till now not received products or any updates really bad customer care service will never respond to calls...
      I want my products or return back my cash... immediate effects...

        I am writing to bring your attention to an issue regarding the order. Despite placing the order more than 2 months ago, we are yet to receive the products. I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the delay. I tried contacting through whatsapp but there have been no updates. Also tried calling number of times but no response. Also mailed the issue but still no response from their side.

          I hv ordered customized pens of qty-50. I hv made the payment of Rs 2145. on 22 sep 23. delivery date was 02 oct 23. Today is 18 oct no update on delivery and not responding the calls. Very very bad experience. Fraud company needs to be banned immediately.

            I have paid for my order, money has been deducted. But I have not received a single detail about my order. What is my order I'd? How can I track my order? When my item will be delivered, Attaching my transaction details. I have tried calling customer care many times, but no one is picking up the call. I need my money back.

                        I place an order for company items on Nov 23, worth 4700RS. It was due o deliver on Dec 2. Today, Dec 12, it's not delivered and they won't respond to the emails. They attended the calls earlier, but now they seem to have blocked me. Order ID:[protected].
                        They are also not ready to cancel the order when I asked them on the first call.

                              I have ordered a printed name of 315 from printland on 30th August which they are processing neither picking up any call or replying the messages. I have asked to refund the amount if they unable to process the order but they again didn't reply.

                                    These guys are not only irresponsible but also very unprofessional, i am trying to contact them from last 2 month. Neither they delivered my material nor refunded my payment. And their team is worst never receives call if receives, then immediately cut the call.
                                    From last one month i feels like i have done some big mistake by ordering to this worst company.

                                      I placed an order for 200 pens with PrintLand on 18th August 2022. It was a prepaid order and the entire sum of money i.e 15600 was paid upfront for the order.

                                      Ever since then their customer care or any number provided by them doesn't work and they aren't providing any solutions to my dilemma.

                                      It's been a frustrating experience with them. Still not sure if the order will be delivered at all.
