I ordered one oppo f5 back cover costing 150 rs paid using paytm. Or has been almost two weeks now that they haven't sent the product or replied to my mail. I need my refund. Atleast they should reply to the mail's.. I mailed their support group about my not receiving the product. The it's no tracking id nothing you can't even check in their website of the order has been placed they just send you a mail.. It's a cyber crime.. Their email id was written as harmony.
