Its a Fruad company, fraud people, I took 5 year membership @Seasons Mall paying 10000Rs via debit card and swiped 50000Rs via Credit card with the agreement of 48 EMI's with 0 interest and the next day I see bank converted the transaction charging 4000Rs as interest, instead of 48 months.. they converted it to 12 months EMI. When I go ask them they.. say its my card fault and will not refund the money and the complimentary services such as spa, salon, candle light dinner, gym etc were free of charge. I have been cheated by these frauds, want my money back, please let me know if any action being taken against them..any whats app group etc.
They are fraud company. There is a pune consumer court order dated 12/1/2016 against priority international.
Give detailed complaint at Hadapsar/Chaturshingi police station asap and then file consumer case at Pune.

I have called ICICI bank credit card section & they told me that they can do investigation & if they found something wrong, they will give full refund.

I have purchased membership before 2 month & paid 35, 000. Even today credit card section is taking my complain. I suggest all of you, if you have taken membership via credit card, raise dispute with your bank, they will investigate on their own.

Now, after the Mumbai police has raid on one office, its easy for us to prove that they are cheaters

    Hi I am rekha sharma, I joined dis priority international, n I paid 10 thousand on my credit card, after dt I got to kno, dt dis company is cheating with people, coz I saw so many bad reviews bout them, when I went for seminar they Don even gAve me chance to read agreement properly they filled dt agreement n took sign from us, they just mentioned bout package point not bout money refund is thr or no, nothing, which b is wrong, n m asking them give me hotels name which is under ur company so I can Co firm wit them, let me confirm first then il continue otherwise I need my money bk, very bad service, pls I need my mo et bk, help me for dt, solve my problem, thx

      Dear Consumer forum team Have taken the membership of priority international holidays about 8 months back, they had promised the use of Best of the Gyms in the town but after visiting Solaris i understood that they do not have any tieups. while taking the membership we were told that we can chose the resort we want and any of the 5 stars will be made available. Now to the surprise they do not have any such resorts. Also now they are reluctant to cancel the membership Please help in getting the same cancelled and refunding the amount. Regards Sameer

        Priority international are cheaters they wasted my time by calling me to collect gifts... They said I have won 4 gifts and called at Andhrri west Dhanashree heights 9 th floor and I wasted my one hour. Then they said I am not getting any gifts until I am spending more 90 minutes and listen to the seminar and when I said I am not interested those said you may go home...

          I have a corporate membership in priority international. I booked a business trip australia . Even though it was a four day booking in four hyatt . I had an emergency to extend my stay. But couldn extend it as the booking was for only four days . So i had to pay for an extra day stay. However didn had any problem in a previous sray in goa . Only that the beach was supposed to be white beach but itbwas more like yellowish

            I have a corporate membership in priority international . I booked a holiday in bali for 6 days . In hyatt and four seasons . Even though i was provided the stay . But i wanted to extend my stay but couldn extend . They said the stay was booked for four days only and about the second holiday in fiji . I couldn get proper medical supplies in fiji . According to the rules there the drugs i wanted were not there

                Guys, I also have been cheated. Those cheaters have sold me membership for 5 years for INR 95000 at vashi on my wife Neha Mishra's name asking me to visit for free gifts at satara plaza on Oct 4, 2015. While selling they had given hell lot of commitments like free coupon, event passes, parlour coupons with not a single going in real as of yet. Everyone in vashi and pune branch keeps misguiding and are not ready to cancel my membership saying aggrements states of not being refundable. While taking membership was told of no interest on credit card with EMI for 48 months, which was a fake statement. I have ended up paying interest on my credit cards making this membership more costly with actual EMI of 24 months. Can someone help me here with solution to cancel this membership and get my money back of 80000 as 15000 is still pending to be paid. I keep calling their office with no revert or support.                   I am another victim of Priority International, Pune, have bought a membership for 2 years. they are big time cheaters- sales person promised me to as i swiping credit card they will convert it in to emi by there expenses but at the end i have to paid extra, they not even book a party hall on request, all the time they just try to misguide you. I have asked them to cancel my membership but they playing around. i came to know the management person "PRASHANT KAKADE" need his address and contact no, I definitely sue that for fooling the people, I would want to take serious action towards them by hook or crook and teach a lesson for life. will not let go my hard earn money that easy. pls contact me by email "[protected]@gmail.com"

                      I had taken a membership with priority last year, they had promised various things like gym membership, event passes, emi facility on membership fee, 4star + hotels for functions; alongwith holidays. but none of above have been fulfilled till date. I have written multiple emails & tried so many times to follow up with their Mumbai office executives but no response. I have all conversations on official record.

                          I was called in their Pune office on 16th Nov 2013 for enrolling for holiday packages. I was explained about the new holiday program of 5 years which costed around Rs.1, 20, 000 by one of the Sr.Manager Prashant Bandal. I was informed that if we had a HDFC credit card then we were subjected for some additional discounts for that program. I was been told that they would just scan my card to see what amount was available in it. My wife had informed them that we just had around Rs.20, 000 available on the card but still Mr. Sohel Shaikh who represented HDFC Bank went ahead and swiped the card for Rs.30, 000 without our consent. The payment went through, however we exceeded the credit limit and were charged for the same. We were explained by Mr. Sohel Shaikh that the Rs.30, 000 were converted into 24 months EMI and once we pay the first installment then HDFC would increase our credit limit and then we could pay the rest of the amount to Priority International. We suspected something fishy and called up the HDFC bank helpline and for my surprise they denied any such EMI conversion plans. I immediately advised them that i dont want any hliday package but just my money to which they said that the program cannot be cancelled and money cannot be refunded. I realised that i was duped and had no choice but to take the program. The contract was made on a rs.100 stamp paper. Monday when we spoke to HDFC, they informed that the credit limit would not be increased until we made are rest dues clear. My wife had called the Priority office regarding this and she was informed to come on Tuesday evening but due to our office timings we could not make it. I called up Mr. Prashant Bandal on Thursday to explain this issue, however he informed that he was in Hyderabad attending a wedding and the office was closed till 25th Nov 2013. I still took my chances and went to the Priority office and to my surprise the office was open and all the office staff was available even Mr. Prashant Bandal. This really gave me a feeling that i was been getting cheated. I spoke to Mr. Prashant Bandal on which he explained that they have their train reservations midnight. I tried explaining him my issues regarding credit card being charged because of their negligence but he asked me to speak to Mr. Altamash Momin. I had to explain him the issue all over again and just requested that before it goes further and any more documentation is done i just needed to get the program cancelled. Mr. Altamash said this would not be possible as per the agreement. I explained him that if the card would have not been swiped without my consent then this problem would have not come. Even though i liked the program concept and was willing to take it but charging my card without my consent was wrong and i had no choice but to take it. Mr. Altamash informed me that they would all be out of station till 25th and asked me to visit the office on 26th when there would be other managers who could listen and help me with this issue. I visited their office there after and spoke to a lot of different managers but everytime i had to explain them the issue from the beginning and everyone started giving me a new and cheap plan which i dint wanted. I was really fed up of that and kept demanding my money to which they upfrontly refused. Its been 2 years now and every time i call them to speak to a manager, they are all out of town. their customer service desk is not helpful at all. Instead i receive calls from their agents who speak abruptly and ask me to pay the rest or else i might lose my money. I kept on explaining them if my card would have not been charged this things would have not happened. I know it was foolish of me to handover my card to them to see what amount will be available at the maximum and i was in the trap. I tried my best and was about to give up on my Rs. 30, 000 but it kept me pinching as it was my hard earned money. I came across this site and learnt that i am not the only one who was cheated by them and i am just hoping that "Consumer Complaint" team can help me out with this. I have all the contract documents required.

                          hi Mohit. They are a fraud company as I have also been cheated by them. There are two Pune consumer court orders dated 12/1/2016 and 14/3/2016. Immediately lodge a criminal complaint with police.

                            Even i agree, as i am also facing the same issues with priority international. Even They have promised to give the free gym for 5 years. For that when i have contacted the gym staff they said they dont give any facility like this. My 6 months membership is already been wasted.
                            When i call them for booking they say that they will book between 45-50 days only. Means they will not book the trip on 51st day. What the bull is all this. Even they dont have any particular site to book the holiday or that we can check which hotels they are providing. Few days ago when i called up in customer care they said that we have to mail them the dates and place they will book.
                            But how we can decide without looking the places. Priority International is fake. They are just making fool of customers. There are many more issues.

Like some of other reviews that I went through, those people swiped amount from my credit card with 12 month EMI when I had made it clear to make it 24 months.                               Priority international, they took a money from us by giving the wrong detail and now not refunding my money, A senior manager mohomad kalim whose number is [protected] involved in the fraud, Ms harsha she took a credit card with us and credit 15000 rupees. this is a big fraud i do not know how openly they are running this company and why police is also not interrupting them please help

                                We are new members of PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL HOLIDAYS Pvt ltd registered on 14.10.2015 for new club membership program at Vashi Navi Mumbai Star plaza office. My self Sam bhaji Patil got a call from PIH team that day for free coupons lottery selection & we attended PIH membership program. Initially we are impressed with team executions & membership Plans for that we done the partially payment also for it. When we checked company's profiles before release the balance payments we found some fear & doubt in mind .We discussed same issues with PIH team but it's not sufficient to pure. On the basis of below mentioned points we want to terminate the starting membership service which was not finalized itself & We requesting them to reimburse our payment Rs.30000. • Web side details (www. Priorityprivillage.com) which was provided from executive has been not found any details for PIH India office. • After interaction with customer care we are confused with insecure statements regarding with PIH Vashi branch as well as all India base customer support. Regarding with office & Web statements they mentioned was as similar as with our findings. • After partial payment also we not received any registration number or other reference number we know for member ship documents process will take some time but mean time need any assurance tag to further relationship process. On same point when we discussed with there team they unable to satisfied us. They replied that they don't have such kind of provision for unique number or tag for customer reference & they contact member on their own name identification . How it possible as professional team manage only with customer name identification. Anyone can be use the benefits on similar names . • After Second time discussion with PIH team provided another web site & that also found improper details .There Vashi branch address was not update on web site. • Provided coupons also don't have any reference serial no or any other code so how its assure us that its fair & genuine coupons. After various con call & reminder call with PIH Vashi office team hadn't replying on the reimbursement issue from last week. Day before Yesterday we visited PIH Vashi office & customer care Mr. Bharat Lot committed us that he will give the feedback within two days. After two days when we contact them they replied that reimbursement will not possible as per instruction by his manager . We contact Vashi Manager Mr. Pervez but he also in same mood he offering trip on paid money which was not acceptable for us. After One day we agreed for trip voucher suitable with debited & we contact them but they refusing to providing service also. Please helps us . Regards, Sambhaji Patil .

                                  I had signed up with Priority six months ago for Rs.2, 00, 000/- for a membership of 30 years. They gifted us a gold coin and a set of 6 glass bowls and promised us gymnasium vouchers for two at Talwalkars Mumbai. Till date I have been chasing them for the gym vouchers for which they have not even signed up.
                                  I need my money back and will return the all the freebies that they have given.
                                  Priority International are 100% cheaters. They have no shame at all. The malls and shopping centers should boycott them and not permit them to distribute those stupid cheating slips promising the moon.
                                  Need urgent assistance for my refund.
                                  How can I sort this? In a big soup.

                                    I'm a member of priority international for almost 2 years and availed my bonus and one-year membership nights. Although no issues with my holiday stay but I'd admit here, I have been getting worst treatment as a member. - First of all, this company is not at all a leisure/ holiday provider but a tour operator converted to cheat customers by setting a trap. - Secondly, as many of the members in this forum complained, they do not tell all the terms and conditions at the time of selling the membership. Get you so much bored with their talk, that when you make up your mind, you are not even in a mood to read the document. what you just heard from their salesman does a trick for them and you are fallen into their trap. - Third, they change their terms and conditions on the fly and behave so rudely when you raise your voice. their owners are not ready to talk and the customer service guys stop responding. I'm providing couple of examples of their follies here: 1. we do not provide Gym Membership for a year. You are getting it for a month and you can inform us when the month is over and we can send you the membership for the next month - as if this is the only job I have! 2. we do not book holidays for more than 6 nights 7 days in a year - why can't I borrow holidays from next year? in fact, they should be happy that I'm availing my holidays in advance before next year's inflated price anyway. 3. we do not provide holiday booking for more than 2 destinations as per our policy - where this kind of crap policy is written in their terms and conditions?? 4. if you are planning a trip for 5 nights - they provide you booking for, say 3 nights and ask you to make your own arrangements for remaining days coz the hotels they have tied up with are sold out - am I using a travel operator or a company into holiday business? - Fourth, they keep bothering you about extending your membership from 5/10 - 20/20 years OR pay your maintenance for the lifetime at a bonus, even after giving you a worst experience - how about talking to a frustrated customer like me :D?? - Finally, during their sales presentation, they do talk about a number of things which are purely a marketing gimmicks - so don't fall into their trap. examples include: 1. gym membership - it doesnt include swimming pool 2. regular events - only 1-2 events are being organized in a year 3. pick-up and drop from the airport - I never got this so far in my 2 yrs of experience This is just a long tale but worth reading if you are considering their membership. As a customer, I'd never recommend them to any of my friends ever - period.

                                      I have received call from priority international holidays club yesterday for gift collection but they have given me 90 minutes presentation. Swipe my credit card rs. 20000 without agreement sign & taken 60000 amount cheque of citizen bank & demand for cash also. Agreement & presentation is totally mismatch with agreement. It is truly fraud. Please help to refund my 20000 rs. 60000 rs cheque of citizen bank & collect ur agreement from me....
