Hi All,
I am Naresh Kawale i had lodged the complaint against Priority International Holiday Club ltd in Navimumbai they have cheated me below is the article came in Times of India.

Those who taken membership & not complaint against these cheater go to nearest Police station & register complaint against them there account has been freeze by Bank whatever amount is there those who are filling complaint against them those people only get the refund back else forgive your money.
Raise your voice against priority International club ltd they are cheating people openly.

    Fraud and cheated company. They have given lucky draw coupon at little world mall and after some days they called for winner of lucky draw and asked to come kharghar office, 810, the landmark, sector-7, kharghar. They given lots of false commitments and come to my house to swipe the credit card and collected the money. After some days they are not picking up the phone and kharghar office is closed now. They 3 guys name rajat kandera (Manager); parvez sayyed (Branch incharge) and bharat lot (Customer care asst. Manager). Their mobile no is now switched off...
    Whether i have to complain the fir at kharghar police, please guide me to get my hard earned money back.

If those bank accounts have sufficient balance you can get your money back through court.

      As per promises upon membership, priority pass for airport lounge & gym vouchers not issued even after 6 months, made multiple requests by mails., hotel reservation staff is good., gift vouchers not useful very ltd validity dates printed., reservation dept efficient, but other services not provided, not a single event invitations sent. very unethical, thought of recommending other friends but will not take chance, they called for the gift vouchers invitations, 70/- rs mrp glass bowls were presented at the time of presentations & taken our 3 lacs rs. against the contract. for above services. we regret, it's not worth.,
      All fake. it's so much of stress to chase up for our own big money paid., with the names of all this luxury holidays & lounges, events, free gym facility. etc.
      The money you paid to Priority International is as good as its gone. There is slim hope of recovery of money. For that you will have to lodge FIR against Priority International and force police to freeze Priority's bank accounts. If those bank accounts have sufficient balance you can get your money back through court.

        When we took up the priority international holiday scheme on 27th december 2015 the deal was the amount to be paid in 36 emi so and they would provide us with 36 dmart /big bazaar shopping vouchers worth rs.1000/- each which would be provided to us over a period of consequtive 18 months (rs.2000 vouchers for 18 months) starting january 2016. they did not keep upto their words and made it in 12 emi s. this was a major setback for us as we have other emi s to take care of. this is a big mental stress for us. we felt duped.in such a tight situation we felt the saviour would be the monthly grocery shopping vouchers of rs.2000/- but to our dismay even after repeated reminders they have provided us only one voucher of rs.1000/- to date. actually we should have received rs.14000/- voucher till now. mentally disturbing it is. priority international holidays people are really cheats. they can't keep up their words any which way.

          We had taken the membership on 10th April 2016 for Rs. 100000/- After period of 3 months still not fullfilled single promise made by their representative Mr. Naigaonkar.

          From last 10 days we are after refund of our hard earned money from this fraud company.

            I took 5yrs membership with Priority International in Jun 2014, they said so many attractive words with cool facilities when they explained and sold the membership to me. I spent 1.2lacs on it.
            its been 2years and i couldn't book a single tour because of so many vague reasons, finally I tried to book a 3days Australia trip and i could succeed with the booking, but there is a big BUT, when i took the membership they said they will provide below facilities:

            1. Hotel Booking: it was booked and cancelled without any prior information to me, i called the Hotel to confirm before i leave and i got the shock saying it was booked and cancelled for unknown reason!!!

            2.Local conveyance: they said the Airport to Hotel booking couldn't be done and they asked me to book on my own and reimburse later, i said OK.
            And i asked to provide a itinerary they said that cant be provided because it is only 3days trip, i said OK.
            BUT when i asked to provide a car to drive around the city (which they promised earlier), to my surprise they denied that saying that can only be done if the trip is 7days or more!

            3. Flight tickets: promise was to give concession or discount in ticket fares, god knows about it!

            i exploring ways to sue these guys, any help will be appreciated...

              I have purchased membership before 2 month & paid 35, 000. Even today credit card section is taking my complain. I suggest all of you, if you have taken membership via credit card, raise dispute with your bank, they will investigate on their own.

              Now, after the Mumbai police has raid on one office, its easy for us to prove that they are cheaters

                It's a totally fraud company, no tie up with hotels, gym. They trap you by giving false commitments which they never fulfill.
                Facts-
                * 4 FIRs registered for doing fraud in Mumbai, Pune.
                * Directors are absconding from police arrest
                * Big exposure of its fraud came in Times of India news paper
                * 20 consumer court cases

                Once you are trapped no way to exit except Police FIR and Consumer court.

                If you feel you are cheated contact the mail Id,

                DON'T GET TRAPPED. Otherwise you will suffer your whole life as no chance of refund.

                  Hi, I was cheated by Priority International Holidays Club pvt ltd into becoming a member. They claimed to have tie up with hotels, Gyms, Resorts and Event halls in India and abroad. When asked for list of same, they failed to provide the list. They cheated me into becoming member and swiped my card. Then brought out stamp paper and got my signature on that. This stamp paper is not enforceable.
                  Hence numerous police complaints were given and at last FIR was registered at APMC police station, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. There are also FIRs against Priority International at Amboli police station, Mumbai and Hadapsar police station, Pune.                     This is a fraud company and there is case going on against this company in Belapur Civil Court, Navi Mumbai. APMC Vashi Police has arrested many employees of this company with fake id's.
                    So please who have been duped by this company and want their money back

                    We currently have a formed group of 10-15 members who had bought this membership and had felt in their trap. IF we get more members we can put a good hold on this case and then court can take a strict against this company.
                    FIR is filed against Priority International at APMC police station on 24/6/2016. In pursuance of this FIR, 5 branch managers of Priority International were arrested and criminal case is going on at Belapur court, Navi Mumbai. Priority International directors are absconding and police are on their trail. As of now, court has sent the accused to police remand till 2nd July 2016.

                    Even i am the victim, i paid 25000 through my standard chaterted credit card. Can you please give your number / or please assist how to get it refunded by raising the complaint in standard chartered bank.

                      I had been called for free gift from their veera desai branch, andheri west and when reached...with their fascinated words I have paid Rs. 15000/- . they said this is not refundable. if any1 is not interested in their packages how can they are not refunding the money. its not small amount for middle class people like me. This is actually cheating...

                      i have also mailed them my real problem...on their all ids...

                        I would like to share with you all that priority International Holiday club Ltd. is fraud and is cheating all at very high priority. If you are trapped by them then better take action against them to get your money back. I was also trapped and tried hard enough to get it back. Even I was blackmailed by Priority guys to remove my old negative comments and then only they will provide my refund. Since I had no choice I had to alter my negative comments with the positive ones.

                        Beware guys of them. They can hijack your mind and play with them.

                        Don't go for Priority. We have better options in market for our holidays.

                            Priority international holiday clubs is running fraudulent operations by promising services like 3 to 5 star hotel booking at locations across india and abroad. They claim that they have tie-ups with these star category hotels, which is absolutely false.
                            I paid rs 85000/- based on their fake promises of hotel bookings and refund of the interest rs 13912.65/-. Neither of the two promises are kept till date and hence have demanded complete refund of all the money. But with such fraudulent operations they are not refunding my money and not cancelling the membership. This needs urgent attention from the highest authorities in india as people like me are getting duped on fake promises.

                              Be aware about this company, they have being giving threatening call to customer. I had made more than partial payment and when they aren't able to meet any of the committed value, i had to stop them remaining payment.

                              Now shashank[protected] and manoj [protected] have started giving threatening call. I request consumer complaint team to urgently look into this matter.

                              I need a refund of 48, 000 rs from this company and they have being mentally harassing customers.

                                The money you paid to Priority International is as good as its gone. There is slim hope of recovery of money. For that you will have to lodge FIR against Priority International and force police to freeze Priority's bank accounts. If those bank accounts have sufficient balance you can get your money back through court.

                                  I have got the membership of Priority International Holiday Club Pvt. Ltd. in Pune at their office in Season's mall. During the interaction we have been promised for exquisite services for Holidays against membership with this company. They have got brochures in which various 5 star properties all across the world which are mentioned (with pictures) and this company claims to be their outright partners to avail the accommodation in these properties during holidays of members. They also promised us to give us discounts upto 40% on return flight tickets for holidays destination.

                                  We have taken the membership in 2014 by paying up amount of 150, 000 INR and have got our membership PIPU#14*6. Since from then, we are getting absolutely poor services from this company. When we requested the company to book the property for our vacation, they have given us choice of pathetic hotels. Upon arguing with the customer service (Cust. care no.[protected] they have straight way told us that they cannot give any 5 star properties. Also, we have got a joining voucher for 5 nights stay which we wanted to redeem and have accordingly requested the customer care again but to my pity they have given us lodges and guest houses to stay.

                                  In addition, they have straightway ignored for any discount to be given on flights booking. I feel absolutely cheated by becoming member with this company. I strongly request Consumer complaint Forum to look in to my complaint (as I found there are several such complaints are lodged against this company). Being a citizen of the country where we actively paying taxes to get benefits from government, we really expect Government's interference against these frauds and get the justification done.

                                  I high hope, I am writing this to consumer forum and hope that my query would get resolved. Please take immediate action on my complaint and ask the company either to refund my entire membership amount of 150, 000 INR or provide properties of 5 star resorts for vacations. They should adhere to their promises.

                                    I am a new customer and have paid 75000 towards membership. I was been told be the sales executive that i can book any of the 5 star property including taj group all over the world but the request has to been send 45 days prior. I had sent a request 7 days before to book 2 nights at malhar machi resort, pune or any property which is on the hill station to enjoy monsoon season with my family.. The reply stated we are not sure if we can book the property you have mentioned. So i replied kindly send me list of properties which you can book for me. They replied me with just 2 options that too in the city of pune and than post that customer service forced me to select 1 property stating you cannot cancel it now. I am really shocked how can a service provider company force their customer to compulsory use their service.

                                      This company has swiped from credit card for rs. 1.5 lakh and immediately after their behaviour changed, after a week i requested them to cancel the transaction they said that once it is done now no money will be refunded. Past three months i haven’t got any services of this company, they have refused to return our money and have also threatened to do whatever you want we will be not refund. They have committed lot of things like, international hotel stay, banquet hotels accomodation for 7 days in a calendar year, club and event passess and lot of other things but till date not a single service is provided. I have been continuously following up with this team but they are not responding. Request you to look into this matter, its being more than 3 months now and still no one is helping.

                                        Hotel fortune which is just a 2 star hotel. As per assurance there should be any 4 or 5 star hotel booking.
                                        Again i forwarded mail. When i called at center, they said that hotels are not available.
                                        Again i requested to send at least the list of hotels in which availability is there. According to that we will choose our destination. They said it will take 7 days time period. Now after 10 days again i called at center, no updates are available.
                                        So because of that we can't do any thing.
                                        This is too much that we r asking you that you told us in which hotels availability is there, then we will choose our destination.
                                        Then also till now no reply.
