I have taken membership from priority on huge promises but promises turned into nightmare when I got to know that all the promises are fake.
Ie. Free food will be provided on all the trips & monthly vouchers for grocery stores will be provided.
Also when I tried to get things done by contacting them I got to know that we can't do anything except regretting.
Please let me know if there is any way out from this trap...

Every month they told you will get the dinner coupon & summercamp given to your child which was fully false statement given to me.

I came under there scam almost i put rs 95000 they are not ready to refund the same also not responding my mails.
I have given complaint against them at apmc police station also give application on kharghar mall not to allow priority guys to fill the coupons.

Dear readers,
I filled coupon in big bazaar in april. Very next day i got call stating that i had won gift from big bazaar and asked me to collect that gift from certain place at andheri. They insisted that there will be certain ceremony of sorts at andheri and hence i cant collect my gift from big bazaar. When i went there, they said they are sister concern of big bazaar. They showed me all types of holiday packages and also showed that they were one of sponsors of incredible india with amir khan being the brand ambassador. Only on basis of big bazaar and amir khan i was impressed and was very receptive for their schemes.
On basis of priority employees' claims of tie ups with various top hotels, gyms all over india and abroad, i choose 30yr package for rs.2.5 lakh with condition that i will pay only by emi and i don't have credit card. They said they will make transaction and i have to pay by emi. Kadar basha fraudulently swiped my debit card on pretext of checking my debit limit and transferred rs.50000 into priority account. When i protested they claimed that i can convert it emi from my end with 0% interest. I believed them and gave remaining rs.2 lakh cheque. Later when i contacted bank for emi with 0% interest, bank told me that there is no such scheme and i have been duped and asked me to lodge fir. Next day i could not locate priority employees nor their branch office. Later with much difficulty i found priority's office as they has shut down office at one place and opened new office at other place. I asked priority for refund as i have been cheated on basis of false promise of emi. Also i asked for list of all tie up hotels and gyms in india and abroad. As they were unable to provide me emi scheme nor were able to share list of tie up hotels, i issued stop payment instructions for cheque.
At andheri, mahan patel, arun kumaran, shivendra singh, ibrahim and others all did time pass with me. Later when i insisted on meeting kadar basha, they gave various reasons of his absence but on persistence of meeting kadar basha, within 5mins, he comes out of his inner room in priority office.
Kadar basha fixes appointment with riyaz ahamed shaikh, priority lawyer stating that he is authorised to give me refund. Again riyaz tries to do timepass and in a group, i complained to amboli police station. I also complained to company directors about being cheated but they failed to take action against their employees nor they refunded my money.

On basis of false claims of tie ups with hotels, gyms and banquet halls in india and abroad and on directions of senior police officers, fir 107/2016 dated 19/3/2016 was lodged against priority international directors and their various employees.

Also there are two more firs against priority international at apmc police station, vashi (Fir no - 239/2015) and at hadapsar police station, pune (Fir no - 300/2016)

There are two consumer court order against priority international at pune dated 12/1/2016 and 14/3/2106.

A company located in pune maharashtra is in holiday package business. They attract customers by the name of lucky draw & make lot of false promises till you accept their offer. But after they get money they provide nothing as per promise. I have ample proof in the form of mails & their replies & phone calls. Plenty of fake promises. Nothing offered till date. A bogus company.
Took 1 lac from me & promised, tennis club membership at solaris, pune & 4 to 5 star hotels for any destination. & lot many things
But 1 year lapsed, they have given nothing.

Guys, I am planning to file case against Priority International in consumer forum. I have proper email document to get my money back.

My experience with this organisation:

Never invest in this company. They will promise you at the time of joining but fail to deliver..!! beware of this fraud company.

They promised me to provide discount in party hall booking but stopped answering my call.

They promised me to provide 2 GYM membership in any GYM, further they denied by telling me the policy of 7000/- per person.

They are asking me to pay 49000/- additional for Thailand package for couple excluding ticket fair and Visa cost.

Am I look fool to you to pay 49K just for site seeing and taxi.

I had a very bad experience with priority international, a fraud company which claiming to provide the international / domestic holiday and creating mental harassment if you end up paying full amount. Please do not go to attend the seminar or even if you go don't register or enroll to this fraud company.
Now it's being more than 1 month that only was able to get 1 gym membership and while requesting them for the desire destination for holiday they said that they don't have any hotel resort, please go to common destination like mahablewar / goa when agreed provide poor / budget hotels for staying. They claim to provide 4* to 5* during presentation and give you all fault promise. They are very rude in talking will harass you mentally and will take away all holiday happiness from you.. You will end up in big stress by creating problem for yourself. Pls be aware!! Do not register with this fraud company.

I have done payment of Rs 95, 000/- on this Friday, 20th May 2016 to Priority international holiday as a part of fees of membership.

But, after receiving payment, Priority team are not providing me proper services as they mentioned during presentation. also, i come to know that priority international is cheating with customer as we can see many complaints in consumer forum.

I have send many mails to provide details about tie up hotels and gyms facilities but they are not ready to give any details in mail as well as in call.

As customer and member of priority, i have full rights to know details but they are giving evasive reply.


Kindly raise a dispute under services not rendered as merchant has cheated on the basis of false claims and tie ups.

Priority international company this is fake and cheating company this company told to me about amount. But they recover in credit card more than agreement amount. And I say to them for this they neither hear my any complain behavior is rough and rude nor ready to refund my money. I am so helpless by their staff. Only cheating company. They withdraw my money more than my agreement amount then they couldn't want refund

I have bought 5 years package from priority international vashi branch the promises which they made neither fulfilled nor mentioned in the contract.
They told while booking that will provide 1000 rs coupons of d mart and big bazar per month which yet to be deliver ann its not mentioned in the contract too.
The amount of 30k was converted into emi they promised us to it would be interest free but i have been charged 15%
They promised us that they will provide at least 3 star hotel which is not mentioned in contract please advice what action needs to be taken. I just want my hard earned money back from this fake company

I also attended their seminar with same modus operandi. But I easily got to know it. I falsely told them my package and financial capacity. I passed myself for their survey to understand their offer in details. After explaining the membership offer in detail, they hurriedly asked me the credit card. I replied that I am not still convinced and asked for contract. After lot of time they showed the contract draft. I am practicing Advocate (which I deliberately did not tell to those guys). Contract does not reflect even 5% of what they promise to give you. I asked plenty of legal question, nobody had answer to it. Language of draft is very poor and does not seem to have been prepared by lawyer. Many flaws are there in contract. No information about company incorporation.
1) no detail list of network/ chain hotels
2) REFUND only 10% in case of cancellation
3) in case of dispute sole arbitrator appointed by the company whoes decision shall be final
4) you need to pay for eating if you book Hall in hotels for function (scheme in club membership)
5) hotel can be booked if it is available (no 5*, 4* would be available in 30 years that is different story)
These are few points which prima facie suggest that it's fraud company. I was very sorry for people there getting membership as if they have found goldmine. Had these members even thought that with the interest of the money they are investing they could have booked decent hotel, they would have abstained from such fraud scheme. You get plenty of good deals in MMT. I booked five star hotel of holidays inn for RS 1000 and Radisson blue for Rs 1300 last year and enjoyed my holidays. Be wise yaar. Don't waste your hard money in the mouth of such fraudster.I am sure I will get same hotel in much lower price on Goibibo which I would request to priority international to book for me in order to redeem 6/7nights free gift voucher. (Processing fee RS 7000)

Legal remedies
1) File FIR immediately in economic offence wing
2) File consumer complaint

I myself thinking to file consumer complaint for misleading scheme and deficiency in service for that free coupon gift for 7 days. But as per my opinion, immediate FIR should be filed. I dont think company has any immovable property for recovery. Google the case of suman motel to understand the fraud. Hiiiiiii...Recently i have taken membership...This is fraud company...They make fool...They make fake promises at the time of membership but after paying all fees they treat like we are nothing, , , , we should do something against this.I paid 70000 before 2 month...Still not receiving membership card..At the time of membership manager said interest on emi will be paid by the company...But all interest came in our credit card..When i call to customer care they said we will deposite money in your account...But i didnt receive a single moneyyyyyy

I have taken 5 year membership on 28th december and paid rs 1, 00, 000 towards membership at their andheri branch. The people over there especially mr vijay viswakarma(Mobile)[protected] assured lot of things but nothing was given to us. Whenever i tried to book my holidays, they come back with a reason that the intimation should be 30 to 50 days in advance(Different customer care staff gave different number of days 30/40/45/50). Even after giving them 60 days advance intimation, they came back saying it should be exactly 45 days in advance. They never disclose their property.Details at the time of membership and only show you the glossy colour picture of 5 star hotels.
Even health club vouchers as promised were not provided. After lot of phone calls and mail they had provided monthly passes instead of 5 years passes. The reason given as members don't use them and it gets wasted. After one month the same scenario continued and the passes provided by them got rejected by the health club. After that no more communication and no more passes.
Even legal notice to their 3 directors{tushar shahji choudhury, waseem mohammed, ahamed basha shaik} did not yield any result.
If they do not want this matter to be dragged into the court, and get their reputation tarnished, they are immediately asked to refund the complete amount and cancel my membership.

Priority international, who claims to be providing best holiday across india is cheating customer. They have taken rs.15000 as part payment and promised me i will get gym membership. Now they are asking me to pay balance amount only then i will get any facility from. Them. When i told them i was promised to get gym membership after paying initial amount of 15000 they said it was miss selling from the sales person end and they can't do any thing in this regard and as per company policy i will have to pay balance amount to get any facility. I told them to cancel my membership they said i won't get my money back. They give false promises to get your money and once you pay them any amount then they show their real colors. It is my strong advice to you guys " please please do not take package from priority international ". They are not good.

Recently i become victim of priority international. I am giving one star rating but there was no option to give negative rating otherwise i could have given.
Story starts when priority international staff called me and informed i have won some lucky draw and i need to go with my wife for 90 min session, i was well aware about this kind of fraud. But when they started explaining about their plan and after long discussion my mind stopped working. They shown picture of all hotels, spa, gym etc. I wanted to check their tie-up but afterall discussion it became very late, it was 10:30 pm, they were in hurry to close the deal and i was also in hurry. I should have read the agreement carefully that time. They sold me 5 yr membership for 125, 000/- rs. They had promised to give abs magarpata gym, as complimentary, that was also one of the main reason to take this membership. It's 2 month since i have taken membership but still i haven't got gym membership. Already around 50 mails i have send but no use. I am planning to file police complaint against the sales team balram patel, nazeer, manoj and priority group and complain in consumer forum and going to speak to season mall, magarpatta authority to remove them from their premises. Otherwise they will be keep cheating people like this.

We (Sudip/swapnisha chandratre) made payment on 26th sept, 2015 of rs 170000 (Cash, credit card and debit card) and signed the contract for 30 year membership of holiday package and gym membership provided by priority international. Later, it appeared that the priority international representatives made false and unrealistic promises and we found the deviation in what is promised by sales person and written in the agreement. Important points that raised doubts in our mind listed below

1) deliberate and willful suppression of vital facts
During entire seminar/discussion there was no mention about "non-refundable agreement cost".In addition, we were not allowed to go into the details of each page and the complete agreement was cleverly/intentionally disguised.
The one of the example of intentional disguise is a very loud music being played during sales presentation to keep consumer in confused and hypnotized state.

2) misleading sales approach and fraudulent promises
Amc charges : we were told by sales representative harsha (Mobile no [protected]) that amc charges would remain same for 30 years. However, as per agreement, the clause is totally different.

Gym membership : the sales representative harsha promised to give gym membership for my family with talwarkar gym, baner road for 30 years and also promised that gym facility would start immediately. However, after signing the contract the approach of sales representative totally changed and denied to issue passes of gym membership immediately also told us that we will receive the passes after 2 months.

Free pick and drop facility : sales representative harsha, also promised to give us free pick up and drop facility but agreement deviates.

Additional charges of child bed in europe : this point was never mentioned in seminar and we were totally unaware these additional charges.

Almost all the points mentioned in the agreement have deviation from the promises made by sales representatives.


3) cheat
Credit card charges and interest : we were told that if we swipe the credit card all the charges along with interest will be paid by priority international and payable amount will be converted to emi's. So many times i denied to give the credit card, however 4 to 5 sales representatives gathered around us and literally compelled us to give the credit card just to check the balance and shockingly credit card was swiped for entire credit card limit. This was the act o[censored]tter cheat and priority international using this technique to trap the people get the sign on the contract in confused state.
On the basis of above points, we requested priority international to cancel the contract within "24 hrs" of signing the agreement.

During the meetings held with the sales and customer care staff, it seemed that sales representatives are either not aware of the clauses mentioned in the agreement or intentionally did not provide the complete clarity on important points. Also one of the sales representative even said that "we can give you verbal commitment but cannot write in the agreement" this statement clearly proves that priority international always had the intension to trap customer. The only goal of sales representatives was to collect maximum possible money from the customer and get agreement signed by hook or crook. Post signing the agreement priority international almost blackmailed us by stating the reason that "agreement cannot be cancelled and amount is not refundable under any circumstances". My wife undergone mental distress because of this statement and did not sleep for the week due to of this incident.
The priority international always taken undue advantage of non-refundable clause in the agreement. Apparently, the agreement is one sided and there is not a single clause if priority international fails to provide the service then what? What is commitment from priority international about quality of the service.? What is the guarantee that company will be able to provide service for next 30 years? What will happen to our money if company is closed.? If priority international do not have answer to these questions then it is very clear that the priority international out there to loot the people and it is the serious case of white collar fraud on the name of holiday package.

Despite of several meeting and mails priority international denied to cancel the agreement but agreed to downgrade the contract as per meeting with mr. Shahid (Mobile no [protected]) held on 15 oct, 2015. The minutes of the meeting listed below. Mail is also sent for minute of the meeting to priority international on 19 oct, 2015.

- first contract to be void and replaced by new contract.

-new contract will be done for 5 years (5 week international holidays) and agreed value of contract is 85000 (Inr)

-gym membership facility will not be provided by pihcl

-the amc would remain same (I. E. 7000) per year for 2 adults and 2 kids depending on usage. This clause will be added in agreement

-free pick and drop facility will be provided.

-the cost incurred while credit card swiping (Interest or any other charge) for the particular transaction will be paid by pihcl.

-the remaining amount (85000) to be returned by pihcl either by neft/cheque on or before 25th oct 2015 (As agreed, 10 days after said meeting).

After the meeting, we waited for the refund amount but priority international always had different intensions and resorted to coercive approach to sign another contract in my absence. After so many mails, personal visits and calls finally priority international credited the 80000 rs almost 3 months after the meeting.

During this period, priority international gave us hundreds of reasons was very reluctant to refund the partial amount. The reasons provided were very absurd "aaj nahi after one week", "bimar hu sir", "accounts wale chale gaye", "office main koi nahi", "we have money problem", "kal pakka milega" etc priority international did not even respected their own timeline given in e-mail.

After all of this, we did not want to take any service from priority international, but again priority international pretended to provide us service. Subsequently, we sent mail to priority international requesting for the assurance of the service from their tie-up's but we are yet to receive actionable reply from priority international (See the mail trail (Images) attached with this complaint.)

Now loud and clear that pihcl do not have any intention to provide the service, so moved to consumer court against pihcl. If anyone needs help to file case against the pihcl contact me on email [protected]@gmail.com

Just for information of customers, in very recent cases in consumer court, court has agreed that pihcl is following unethical trade practice (Lure the customer, forcefully sign the contract with "non refundable clause", poor service) that resulted into harassment of consumer. Also ordered pihcl return entire amount with fine.

I bought a package from Priority international for 5 years in 89000.

At the time of selling they are promising us multiple things but when we are telling them for the benefit then they are denying from their promise.

To most of the customers they are promising for D mart/ Big Bazaar voucher, Event hall, Event passes, 5 star plus hotels. But once we give then payment then they are not entertaining us on call and not providing the services which they are offering.

You cheated me by promising all false promises and not honoured any of your written promises/commitments. It is an direct & clear cheating attitude of priority international after receiving my rs.95, 000 payment.
As the shown during presentation & promised 3/4/5 star hotel & resort printed booklet, brochures & membership facility & credit card 24 months emi conversion was also not made as committed, you are therefore in breach of contract and i would like to request a refund my rs.95, 000, as a consequence of the faulty service i have incurred extra stress mental harassment for complaining and discussing with customer care daily for my top health club facility you had promised, which could have been more pleasant if you were not their as service provider.

I have paid 5000 as initial amount as token to be member of Priority Int.

The experience...

They have people giving lottery coupons at various malls and stores in Pune. Those ask you to fill the name and number. If the name comes out in lottery you get some free gifts and vouchers.

Now the thing is, there is no lottery but every single person is called and asked to collect gifts. If you are busy they ask you to pass to other couples so they can get the gifts, how this is lottery if anyone can get gifts.

Once you reach there, they take you to a hall where many couples like you are given some 2 hours session on what is the Priority Int all about.

Sales persons tells you all the different holiday packages and plan. Each plan has different features and services like free 7 days of hotel booking in a year, free monthly vouchers of parlor and grocery stores, etc.
All this on white paper with very rough hand-writing.

All these many things on discount of more than 80% than original price.

Sales person brainwashes you so you mind goes to 0% functioning in front of all these feature for little price.

My stupidity...
1. If there is any plan or package, there is most of the time some pamphlet. But here all is on white paper with hand writing.

2. If there is really this kind of packages it is mentioned on website and we would know if there is any discount going on. I am well aware of such discounts going on weather it is mobile recharge or other but I never heard of this awesome scheme.

3. Even when you go to travel company they have very good printed book or pamphlet for destinations which they give you free. But here when I asked for something like that, Sales said when I pay 15000 all these will be delivered to my address.

Even when I was smart enough..
1. I asked to show the website with all the things mentioning, they told that we are arranging laptop but after some time they told the laptop is busy with someone.

2. I read the agreement and asked that there is no return policy, they told me that it is not written but they do if any concern. Sales also told if there is no refund then they would give equivalent voucher (non-conditional) for grocery.

I have not get membership yet as once I checked google I found these fraud cases and did not pay a penny more. But still I want my 5000/- as I have not got any service.

If there is any legal action that I can take then please let me know. I am ready file FIR also as these cheaters are spreading a lot. First they were only at Reliance mall, kharadi but now I found them selling lottery coupons at outside Phoenix mall Pune and Inorbite mall Pune.
