Priority International — cheated by priority international with a fake holiday package

I took membership in feb 2016, and have paid @2.25 lakh rupess for a package deal which was never delivered.
When i confronted them they promised to refund my money. Evere since then i have been interactng with them over phone and email communications, but they have been giving only failed commitments one after the other..
Now they have stopped replying on e-mails and their phone numbers are also not working.
Please advice me next steps

Your money is gone. Contact PSI Kalamkar of Amboli police station, Mumbai + WPI Swati Desai of Economic offences wing, Pune and get your statement recorded in FIR.
If they are convicted in criminal case, civil court will order for auctioning of property of Priority International directors and refund you. For further details, contact any honest criminal lawyer.

No facility is given by you not even card also, even when we are trying to get for hotel booking then also not getting, very worst service, even custemor care is also not working, so kindly return my payment
