Priority International — not providing the service amount and not refunding amount which i spent on hotels

I had invested rs 100000 for a 5 year holiday package with priority international holiday club at their aundh office in 2014. I enjoyed holidays for 2 years. After 2016, priority just closed down. It is neither refunding my investment nor is it providing the promised holidays. Can someone kindly advise what action can be taken by me? This fraud company fools innocent people and not at all have a ethics.
