I have booked your service to get my mother hernia surgery done. However, things are worse at this ( type hospital name) .
This is a follow-up complain on the situations at the TX hospital, Banjarahills. With the issues informed yesterday. The hospital staff is very inhuman. A person who had hernia surgery suffering from a lot of pain. No one cares to attend even after informing about the pain. The hospital is not taking any responsibility for clearing the issue. My mother is suffering from pain I have informed the hospital staff but again they are shifting the blame to Pristyn. This is completely inhuman behavior, just want to only care on how to steal money from patients pocket. Worst behavior.

I Below are the issues I am facing which no one bothers to attend to.

1. AC WATER LEAKING AND NOT WORKING
2. ATTENDER BED NOT AVAILABLE
3. NO ONE BOTHER TO RESPOND RATHER SHIFTING THE BLAME ON PRISTYN TO HOSPITAL AND VICE VERSA.
I have been calling continuously to have some solution. But no one is attending to solve anything.

Least expected service. I expect to please attend the issue and fix the issue.
