Pristyn Care — operation was not performed well

It is really true, I taken his services at Lucknow in the month of April 2020, his agent told me total package cost Rs.35000 after priscription of his doctor. in the starting he given me offer of pickup drop and no advance but when I reached to admit he told to pay for MRI and assured to return the money after claim settlement. My operation was scheduled 2 O'clock in noon but Doctor came in late night. earlier doctor told you will be discharge next day and will be able to work within 2-3 days. Next day he given the bill for Rs.90577.00, I asked what is it, you have given the total package cost 35K and now you are giving more than double bill then first he told that sir you need not to pay insurance company will pay then why you worried. I told I am worry for it my limit will get reduce then he told that insurance companies are not clear full bill amount they almost 60% will get deduct any how I have to come home so I have given blank cheque as he demanded but I clearly told that don't use this cheque as I will give you another cheque for the amount which you have offered me. after informed over phone also 3-4 days back he sent that check for clearing. I hope either entire management or some of them are doing such fraud with patient and insurance companies. I have all the records and will disclosed them with concerned authority so that entire scam of this organization can be open with our public as well as govt.

I recently taken service Pristyn care watching from google posstive review in Lucnow Indus Medical and Heart center but truly this is fraud company because before treatment talk Mr. Kamal very honesty and polite and some commitment as like OPD fees and lodging expense revers but after treatment phone not pick or ignore also charge by insurence 92000 exactly piles laser treatment charge is maximum 50000 but more overcharge by insurance but no worry charge because claim insurance my issue Priysten care executive is not commitment done. Also covid test paid 1800. More expensive Priysten care and fake comitt. Review is fake.

I was operated for fistula surgery performed by doctor Amol Gosavi at horizon prime hospital thane on 18th of September ‘20. It’s been mor Ethan a month and my pain and pus discharge is still the same I have been charged the amount of 54000rs. In which my consultation my surgery all the pre surgery requirements like blood test x Ray everything was included except COVID -19 test. In my report it showed my biopsy was pending I never got that as it’s gone missing or never was done. Now they don’t even pick my call and no follow ups and on top of that all I hear from my doctor is that my fistula is not healed properly as it takes time of 3months for a few people and I am one of them. My coordinator was Nikhil +[protected]. Do not entertain him. It’s a humble request.

I did piles surgery through pristyn care panel hospital Radha Rajendran hospital operated by there panel doctor sendhil last week Friday. During pre-operation test they found HBSAG reactive. But they didn't informed to me as well as my wife who is attending my care on that hospital before surgery. After operation i got itching on whole body. on that time the duty nurse informed us that i have HBSAG ( HEPATITIS B ). Then only we knew the real issue. Then My wife called the pristyn care panel doctor, duty doctor and ask for explanation. They simply shown their index finger and blame each other. After post operation no one had came and review about my health by person. Even they not provide food also. And they provided very worst room for me even though they collected very high rent. The panel doctor said he took high risk by did surgery. Is it the right way the doctor did surgery even I have complicated reactive HBSAG virus in my body. If any thing happened to my life. Who will responsible is it Prystin or surgery doctor or radaha rajendran hospital duty doctor or that worthless hospital.
Advise me how can i move this legally either by court or consumer court.

Totally Fraud, Gangsters & Money Eaters

I went to lipoma surgery yesterday in Hardikar Hospital, Pune. The guy was taking care of everything. I had asked total surgery cost but he didn't disclose till the end. He only said Insurance company will pay, you have to pay only Rs. 2000/- for COVID charges.
He took cashless claim approval on behalf of me and estimated cost was Rs 86, 000/-. I asked about it so he said Insurance company approved only Rs 45, 000/- which will take care your surgery.
Next day after surgery, they were not completing the discharge process as they wanted to get the remaining amount Rs 41, 000/- from Insurance company.
I fought with Pristyn Care Medical representative for why they charging double now but no o[censored]se.
Their representatives were at hospital billing counters as well and they are asking me for Rs. 2, 000/-
I paid Rs. 2, 000/- as they told me and got discharge.
One of the representative was standing at hospital gate to make sure that I paid Rs. 2, 000/- I had a heated argument with that guy even I had a surgery and surprisingly hospital was also not taking any action against them.

Pristyn Care are gangsters and money
Eaters from Insurance. They won't care anything about your health.

Please take this feedback very seriously and stay away from such a people.

We have gone throughout the reviews of pristyn care..and they are really worst u people are a scam n initially we thought that pristyn care has its own hospital but u guys are just tied up with other hospitals..so in future if we have to say our complaint then whom shall we reach out. Actually we were looking for the hospitals where our treatment can be done under one roof, so now plz dnt contact us...Its really heartbreaking that pristyn care is playing with people's emotion.

Trust me guys don't go with prystine services. They are cheaters - not at all helpful to patients. They only care for money than ethics. If you have insurance then the bill will go upto 60k and more mind you if insurance rejects their over expenses then we have to pay from our pocket.
Even the free pickup and drop also they charge in the insurance/cash.
Don't fall for their stupid promises, all lies and they keep telling you lies until you utilize their service. Once the service is done they don't even care for your their only agenda is to claim money.
If you are unlucky and your insurance doesn't approve claims on time then you will not be discharged from the hospital.
I faced all these issues in real time from my experience only I am writing this. I had to pay 30k amount to get discharge.
Pristyne care services are more of like Uber/Ola where Pristyne provide service by collaboration from doctor and hospital. You what happens in this type of services. The hospital can't treat you with care as Ur from Pristyne and doctor will come and leave once surgery is done.

All the issues you have to face by following up with your insurance company, Pristyne and hospital people to get clearance.
I strongly advice to consult a recommended doctors and hospitals instead of go for Pristyne care. Worst than hell..

These people are cheating innocent people. Nothing is organized horrible behavior directly they will eat your money never even think of coming to this hospital . I would recommend we need to take up to court and file a case against this people.

This is the worst service, I took my son for surgery and they charged me the same and the operation didn't do properly we have gone through so much pain cried out so many days and the doctor is in experienced and the pristine team didn't take any care or followup after surgery.

What can I do, I have the recorded audio message from them, will the consumer court help on this?
If I was in USA, i would sue them for their ignorance and lack of expertise
