Pristyn Care — Fraud with consultation fee and no diagnosis done for surgery requirements

The appointment was booked by Pristyn care coordinator Shadab Alam for Dr, Amol Gosavi and he gave all incorrect information about this doctor that he has 35 years of experience in treating piles and properly examine the patients using protoscopy etc but when we met the doctor and informed about piles and fissure. He recommended for surgery without even telling us the degree of the piles. He didnot examine my husband and started talking about insurance plans, his work profile etc. He only checked his butt hole physically. I called up pristyn care coordinator because the doctor was not interested in checking the patient and was behind surgery without even telling us the degree of piles. He didnot do any test and took consultation fee just to talk about surgery and insurance plans so we requested for refund from Pristyn care coordinator Shadab Alam who started using profanity language on the call with me and didnot provide invoice for the payment made at the clinic. The doctor also did not provide any invoice even after making the payment at the clinic. The doctor Amol Gosavi told that he will refund the money but didnt refund the money. I spoke to Pristyn care coordinator and he was not ready to listen and hung up on me stating he will arrange a call from escalation team but no call was received and I also dropped an email to [protected]@pristyncare.com on 10th May and till date didnt receive any reply. Please help me with the refund as the doctor was complete waste who didnt check the patient properly who was in pain. I had to take my husband to other piles doctor where he diagnosed the patient did not recommend for surgery and was informed us with the degree of piles. We need genuine doctors in India and not a money oriented doctor like Amol Gosavi who do not check their patients and ask directly for surgery. The appointment id is 6xv9CoAr5M.. we only have GPAY payment made at Dr.Amol Gosavi as a proof. There was no proper file made by the doctor at the clinic and also no payment receipt was given from the clinic. We have asked for refund from the doctor and he agreed for refund however didnit gave refund. Please help us with refund.
