Pristyn care planned a surgery of My father at Nova/Forrd Hospital Lucknow.
Date of admission: 25 November 2022
Date of LAP Surgery: 06 Dec 2022
Post-Surgery my father was critically ill and he started suffering with Sepsis due to Pristyn care surgen fault.
Surgen couldn't informed us about the critical illness generated after his surgery and he holds us for 9 days in the same hospital saying he is recovering but my father was getting sick day by day so i took second opinion in medanta lucknow and shifted him to medanta but as his condition was worst they tried to save him upto 20 days but they were not able to manage and asked us to move to SGPGI and we tried hard to get into SGPGI Lucknow CCM department but their doctor tried for 1 week and they were not able to save him.
I have lost my father due to Pristyn care surgen BN Shukla on 12 Jan 2023.
