I undersigned Mayur Vinayak Gaikwad, billno 5030342 date of incident :18/09/2021 & 19/09/2021 at Sethi Surana Hospital

Pristn Care Medical Coordinator Kunj Kaushal, contacted for piles surgery, Suggested Sethi Surana Hospital as it was non covid hospital, but later when I got admitted, I came to its a covid hospital.

doctor suggested by Pristyn Care was DR.Roji Philip who didn't showed up on the day of surgery due to emergency & after 5 different doctors name, Dr Amit Morya did the surgery.

Lately we were told about discharge the very next day, but the hospital holded us till 7pm in evening with the middle in my hand not ready to remove though it was paining after complaining about the same.

the bill charged was 200000 lakhs before that was rejected later sent 145000/- for a piles surgery treatment. asking which the Prisytn Care staff of billing department says we charge high if its insurance cover.

no bifurcation of the bill provided

    We had a really bad experience with Pristyn care. My mom's had to undergo Hernia surgery. Well, I knew a contact at Pristyn (Kanishk). So I called and submitted all the insurance documents one week in advance for cashless. They claim they took all the approval from my Insurance to go ahead with the operation. I was told since all the approvals are done. I have to pay a bare minimum amount during discharge. On the day of surgery, we suggested to Tier 1 hospital from a Tier 2 hospital stating my mother's age by the surgeon. The Coordinator from Sparsh promised me that there won't be any changes to the final payment that I need to pay during the two-day hospitalization. I TRUSTED Pristyn and went ahead. They forgot to check the capping on the Hernia procedure from my Insurance. If I was told about the treatment capping, I would have picked another hospital within my budget. My MOM's hospitalization was extended to 5 days, the first two days went as planned. On the third day, doing all the unnecessary tests/recommendations which the surgeon from Pristyn suggested. The last two days, obviously waiting for Pristyn to clean up the mess that they created. We paid because someone forgot to do their job. On the last two days of discharge, we just had to sit in the hospital room without any choice-making continuous calls to Pristyn to sort out the issue they had created so I can take my parents out of the hospital. Finally nothing happened after two days and I paid 2lack and had to exit the hospital. Never am I going to trust or refer Pristyn again!!

      Pristyn care is the number one risk and fraudulent healthcare company. Through this company I came to mpct hospital in Navi Mumbai on 28th August at 9.30 am. I had my operation at 1.30 pm on the same day. The service in the hospital is very dirty. I was released at three o'clock on Sunday afternoon. The 2-day bill was 1, 42, 446. 5 days ago I was told that the bill would be up to 50000.

        I needed to submit the indoor papers along with package details and details cost wise break-up of hospital final bill. These documents are required by Insurance company.
        So far, I received only indoor papers. It am in urgent need of aforesaid documents. It's already been 10 days, please do the needful asap.
        Totaly fraud and careless agency this is only add agency no doctor available at time I admit in hospital dated /4/12/21 For frisula surgery time of operation morning 10 clock after admit Doctor not available time has been changed for for night 10 clock but doctor not available all pristyn care staff not good behaviour only call and asking everything is ok.

          On June 17th 2021 I book a piles surgery in Apex hospital and i was having medical claim so I visited the hospital and fixed the Room and 19th date was fixed of june 2021 for surgery and morning i reached the hospital around 9.30 am and what i see my room which was fixed was given to other Pristyn Patient and no staff of pristyn was available when i reached hospital. around 10.45 am the pristyn staff is visiting the hospital and when i check the hospital muster i can see that room number 19 of the hospital is booked on my wife's name and inside someone else is there of pristyn care only. and then they are saying me sir up to 4pm you take other room and after 4pm we will shift you in that room only up to 12.30pm i was waiting in the hospital for getting the room and finally around 12.45pm after waiting 5 hours i left the hospital in anger because i was with my small daughter and wife who were with me waiting 5 hours to get the room. after that i selected 22nd June for the same surgery. and still i gave good rating to the staff. but yesterday i got more worst day because i book the followup check up of my wife on 6th July 2021 and they gave the appointment of 8th July 2021 at 6 pm they told me to meet the doctor in malad west i asked the pristyn staff that please see that doctor should meet me on time and if she is busy then fix some other day. but the pristyn staff told me that doctor is free today and she will meet you on time. and i started 5.15pm from my home and around 5.55pm i reached the malad west hospital. and around 6pm the pristyn staff is calling me and telling me that sir you have to visit the new hospital and the hospital you have visited there doctor is not coming so location is change. i some how took a rickshaw and around 6.30 i reached the new hospital and there again the pristyn staff is calling me and saying sir doctor is in chembur and she will reach the hospital around 7.30pm. i asked the pristyn staff to give me the number of the incharge head so that i can ask you why i should wait so long. and if you people are not sure about the timing the why you people are troubling the patient and make then wait from 5.30pm i was able to meet the doctor around 7.50pm. name of the pristyn staff Aditi(Delhi)and Suraj(Mumbai) and now doctor is saying me after one month again come for a followup with priystn care what should i do now. when i had the most bad experience two times. the staff Aditi is saying me sir its not my mistake and i cannot do anything about it. so i want to ask the pristyn care who's MISTAKE is here. and if your staff is behaving with the patient this way. what kind of service you r giving me. and other patients. my name is Vijay sharma contact no [protected] from mumbai kandivali i am a government servant and if your company is treating a government servant this way what is the condition of normal people.

            On 3rd June I have contacted representative of Pristyn Care through one of their representative Shivani. Forwarded all related docs for their verification, she confirmed today’s booking (04/06) through her personal W App. After several follow up from today morning in the afternoon they are informing that it will not be possible for them.
            In current Pandemic situation in India such negligence/ fake commitment cannot be acceptable, which need immediate attention.

                Pristyn Care — operation was not performed well

                I got their number online through Google search, once I clicked after sometime I got a call from Rajat Saha (Pristyn Care). I have explained my problems about piles to him, he told me that it is a simple operation & it will take only 10 minutes to complete the total operation. Hence, he suggested me to visit at Saltlake BJ Block at their clinic, I went there instantly. After checking, doctor told me that I need a minor operation and I was admitted in a small hospital (Seba Magnum PPL Hospital). Doctor, has done the operation on that night only. He has taken 2-3 hours to complete the OT.
                Full night there was an extreme pain, Nurses were not helpful at all. My wife & son were with me at that night. I would have been died if my wife was not there, no nurses were available, and there were 1-2 nurses who were sleeping.
                Once person came at me in the morning after several calls to doctor, he just remove the sealed packed from the rectum.
                I had the extreme pain all day after discharged from the hospital. Doctor told me for dilatation, he has done it two times but still the same paint were there all day long. He again told me to admit further for anesthesia for dilatation again. I was afraid and called to ILS Hospital & got admitted there.
                After discharged from ILS hospital, pain was there after passing stools and doctor told me it will be there till the wounds heal completely.
                Thereafter, I have done my MRI, It is showing Fistula has come & doctor told me for further operation.
                Please do not believe the Pristyn Care, It is bigger health Scam in the country. The can destroy your life. After one & half month, I am still suffering from pain. They have sent bill to my insurance company Rs.83, 000/- can you believe ? I think, they spent 15-20K and not more than that in this worse hospital. They take the OT and bed in rental basis for per patient.

                  wo loog bolte bahut meetha h.aur lazer operation ka laalach bhi deete h aur baad me sub kuch lee lete h. aur operation bhi shahi nahi karte hai.

                  mera naam pradeep kumar h mai ne fistula ka operation karwaya tha kanpur par jo ki 50k le liya par15 kuch din ke baad bhir ho gaya.

                    I was admitted in their tied up hospital in Dec 2019 for piles treatment, post surgery nothing got improved and my situation is more worse now. I have contacted many times but they didn't taken any action till now. Worst experience.

                      I did piles surgery through pristyn care panel hospital Radha Rajendran hospital operated by their panel doctor sendhil last week Friday. During pre-operation test they found HBSAG reactive. But they didn't inform me as well as my wife who is attending my care in that hospital before surgery. After the operation I got itching on my whole body. at that time the duty nurse informed us that I have HBSAG ( HEPATITIS B ). Then only we knew the real issue. Then My wife called the pristyn care panel doctor, duty doctor and asked for an explanation. They simply showed their index finger and blamed each other. After post operation no one had come and reviewed my health by person. Even they do not provide food also. And they provided the worst room for me even though they collected very high rent. The panel doctor said he took high risk by doing surgery. Is it the right way the doctor did surgery even though I have a complicated reactive HBSAG virus in my body. If anything happened to my life. Who will be responsible is Prystin or surgery doctor or radaha rajendran hospital duty doctor or that worthless hospital.
                      Final conclusion is prystn care - panel doctor - panel hospital did for money only for money.

                      Advise me how I can move this legally either by court or consumer court.

                        I had ordered 500 ml sanitizer, 5 face masks and 5 set of gloves from pristyn care pvt ltd on 03 april 2020 with payment id[protected]. I had made a payment of rs 730 already. At 1st it was told that products will be delivered withing 48 hrs. After contacting mr shouvik on [protected] he told that order was not registered so he registered an offline order and told that product will be delivered in 72 hrs. After confirming from him after 72 hrs hr said the product has been misplaced and he will deilver product in 48 hrs again. After 48 hours he has still not delivered the product and block the phone number. Reuqest you to pls take action against company.
